Tudo no hotel funciona bem.os bares,restaurantes,animação,tudo bem arranjado e limpo. Faz jus ao nome e a qualidade que o baya principe nos habituou. Único sinal menos positivo não tem nada a ver com o hotel mas com a praia,que deixa um pouco a desejar

Adorei o buffet, tem uma boa variedade de comida em relação ao marisco (pratos normais deixa um pouco a desejar). O sofá do lobby tem alguns bichos, estive ali 10min e ao levantar estava toda mordida o que é chato. De resto é lindo e a staff simpática.

Fiquei encantada em todos os aspecto, mas o mais marcante é mesmo a equipa fantastica que aqui trabalha... desde à equipa de animação, ao pessoal do bar da piscina, aos do buffet... FANTASTICOS. Tudo muito bem organizado e todos sempre de sorriso no rosto... contagiante!!! Já deixa saudade...

The staff for the resort were very helpful and friendly! The resort itself was not as good. Many "new" amenities were not ready and under construction (casino, burger place, pizza place). The air conditioning was in and out and we lost internet for a day. It was very hot and the no a/c made for sweaty and fitful nights sleeping. Food at buffets was ok, but the separate restaurants were good!

I went to this resort last year and they gave us a free upgrade to the adults only side which was incredible. I’m planning to go back in February if they’re open and I hope I get lucky twice.

It is everything you could reasonably want in a tropical resort!Tremendous variety of foods of all types (delicious)!Many activities besides the beach:dancing, shows, disco, shopping, specialty restaurants (included), quiet pools, loud pools (music/aerobics/dancing/etc), gym, sea-kayaks...on and on!Beautiful place.Super manicured.Staff is amazing!

A fond memory still, 4 months later!It's a nice complex of buildings, well organized and thought through, though not 100%.Food is good and plentiful (as expected, choices are better if you come earlier;ICE CREAM IS RARELY SEEN), staff is friendly and helpful, the beach is nice and clean, and daily and evening entertainment is above average.All in all, not the best place we've been to, but well worth the money!

This is a 3-star resort at best, do not believe the higher reviews! The entertainment staff pressures people into leaving better reviews, they will literally grab your phone and write it for you if you let them. Beware you are booking a BUDGET resort if you stay here. If you've been to a name brand resort in the past, this is NOT one of those resorts. We had heard good things about Bahia resorts elsewhere but this one does not live up to those standards. Our first room was not an ocean view as we originally paid for, the second room smelled so much like a sewer we were sick after a couple hours. The drinks and food left us feeling queasy. Chased out of the pool at 6pm every night because it "closed". Food and service at the buffet was poor at best, drinks are watered down and flavorless made from premixed concentrate stored in the hot sun all day uncovered. There is not a single person on staff delivering drinks poolside or on the beach. No hot water in our (third) room and the beds we're rock hard. Took 2 days for them to give our travel company a rate to get out early, and then the concierge wouldn't help us book a taxi to a better resort.Beach is beautiful but the lack of service and amenities wasn't worth it to us. If you want to relax and not worry about whether your resort will make you sick, do not book here.

This place is a dump!Water at the beach is nasty, pool was cloudy (sign of poor pool health and possibly the presence of pathogens.Never put your head under water in a pool where you cannot see the bottom) Hotel rooms need a serious cleaning. Electricity went off for hours.Air conditioner did not work, had to sleep in hot room.What a joke.Read the responses from Merli Mejia.Every one of them is the same.Copy and paste.

I had an exceptional time here with my husband during Christmas (December 2019). This was my first all-inclusive experience but my husband, who has stayed at many all-inclusive resorts, was equally as impressed with the quality and variety of food, beach, facilities, and hospitality. Couldn't have asked for better weather! It was perfect and such a lovely escape from a harsh Canadian winter.We are looking forward to returning here and also staying at other Bahia Principe resorts in the future. Thanks for an incredible holiday getaway!

Grounds are beautiful, clean and easy to get around. Beach is lovely with calm waters and lots of shade, however, there is a bit of a drop to get into the water, making it a bit difficult for some people.Pool area is great with lots of loungers and umbrellas, no problem getting a chair. Rooms are very spacious and always clean, comfortable beds, lots of closet space, even has an umbrella, and the bathroom is a good size with all the toiletries necessary.Food at the buffet is very good and the deserts are out of this world. Lobby is large with lots of seating.Lots of activities at the beach and pool area during the day.The most noticeable thing for me was how friendly and helpful the staff were in all areas of the resort.Language was not an issue as I only speak English and most of the staff were able to communicate with me.Hats off to the animation team for all their hard work and entertainment they provide in keeping the guests happy every day.They are the best!I would definitely recommend this resort as I feel it is deserving.Hope to return again.

Beautiful hotel, lovely activities, the entertainment staff were fantastic, in particular Roberto, who tried very hard to teach us how to dance. Really nice friendly hotel. I should highlight retrospectively I changed this from a 5 star to a 4 star review. I was asked by multiple people to give a 5 star review at the time. I was having an excellent time, and chose to do so. I think in hindsight (and 2 years later) it was a 4 star experience, very good value for money, but I think the rooms could be modernised and we did worry about how much certain staff were being paid relative to the price of our holiday.

Everything is great here! My favorite thing is the entertainment here. Its always fun and you’re never bored. Nelson is a great entertainer and he made my stay here even more enjoyable!

The entertainers were wonderful! Javier, Nelson and Mini Po were always so upbeat and getting people involved. They not only made it fun but they seemed like they were enjoying themselves and having fun too! Jorge was one of the best servers ever. He knew how to make our coffee and tea and what we wanted at the table before we even asked.

It was an amazing experience I'll never forget. The best service from the kindest and most considerate people you will ever meet. SO MUCH FUN AROUND THE CLOCK! From beach to pool, dancing, dining, and Amazing nightly shows including one of the best Fire shows I've ever seen!!! Definitely coming Back next year!!

We spent our Honeymoon here and could not have picked a better place. Every single employee was so nice, with a "let me do the best I can do for you" attitude. We felt like Royals in every corner of this beautiful place. I will suggest that you do pick your private reservations ahead of time because they do run out. We really wanted to eat at the Don Pablo Restaurant, the reviews were just to die for but we didnt select it initially because there were so many choices. Finally, we were able to squeeze in with a couple who just so happen to have an extra 2 people reservation free and could of not been happier. It was so good. I recommend this place to everyone. Sadly, we did not attend the time share, which usually would not be a "sadly" but we have been thinking about the timeshare because we have attended many All Inclusive resorts and this one, by far, the most attentive with best selection. Highly recommend. We will be back for sure, and plan to visit all the other chain resorts.

First time staying here and I would definitely come back. It’s so beautiful and a lot to do. The employees are all very kind and all helpful if you are lost or don’t understand something. It’s very kid friendly and they also speak different languages.

For check in and other questions Elizabeth Mariano was so friendly and knowledgeable. Jesus"entertainment staff" was very outgoing and made you want to engage in activity. Beach Party was fun. Adult poolside bar "Anthony" was very entertaining, he had his drink sliding across the bar down to a science! Room was clean and all meals were 5 star!! Service was excellent. Andrea - Maine USA
