Como alguém mencionou, o hotel está a ser renovado, mas quando eu fiquei lá, era apenas no exterior. Eu fiquei lá por 3 dias. Sempre foi muito tranqüila, o buffet de café-da-manhã realmente ir ao local para me indo para o dia. Eles também tinham a minha marca favorita de chá em vários sabores diferentes. Por último, mas não menos importante, a equipe foi sempre cordial e me cumprimentou com um sorriso cada vez que eu entrei no lobby. Definitivamente vou ficar lá novamente quando estou na área.

O serviço foi bom, e boas vistas do horizonte da cidade. Torneira saiu da parede enquanto eu estava tomando um banho, razão para a classificação de 3 estrelas. Dito isto, eles conseguiram "consertá-lo" prontamente. Não usei o chuveiro posteriormente para ver como isso se saiu. Localização é estrategicamente decente. Se, para o trabalho, o tráfego precisar ser considerado, mas o acesso rápido ao I30. Também estava em construção, então poderia ter sido um fator.

Hotel subestimado e subvalorizado. Toda a equipe foi acima e além para garantir a nossa estadia foi perfeita. Café-da-manhã com pratos quentes teve tantas variedades e a área foi geralmente impecáveis e totalmente abastecido durante o horário de funcionamento. Frente dest pessoal ajudou-nos com cada pedido e meu filho foi oferecido um pequeno saco de lanche. Aprecie isso! Quarto era espaçoso e limpo. Ficamos em muitos hotéis antes e este Hampton Inn é extremamente bem operado. Melhor que muitas grandes marcas.

AMOR it.I se hospedaram no hotel esta semana. O hotel em si é bom, mas havia muito errado com o quarto como quarto não bem limpos e onde não há toalhas no quarto quando eu fiz check-in, mas o cara da recepção MUHAMMED tornar a minha estadia inesquecível. Eu nunca vi alguém tão respeitoso e ama tanto seu trabalho. Ele sempre tem um sorriso no rosto e faz a minha manhã. Ele merece trabalhar em um hotel maior e melhor ou um aumento de salário por seu trabalho fenomenal.

Excelente localização e estadia incrível, quartos limpos, embora precisa de pouco mais atenção para detalhes de limpeza. A equipe é incrível e amigável. Nós apreciamos a recepção guy danny para a sua atitude amigável e habilidades de serviço ao cliente. Também a garota na frente não viu o nome dela também. O café da manhã é delicioso. Provavelmente, precisa de um transporte para o aeroporto. Localização é conveniência tudo está por perto.

Sem banheira de hidromassagem, conforme mostrado nas fotos. Limpe, mesmo com a construção em andamento.O que mais se destacou foi o Staff. Muito amigável e solidário. Eles me agradeceram por meu serviço e por tê-los escolhido. O café da manhã estava excelente e a senhora que o preparava cuidou de todos. O dia era 18/05/2019. Ela merece reconhecimento, mas é triste não saber o nome dela.Os elevadores funcionam bem, o estacionamento é bom e as portas dos quartos não são muito pesadas para abrir. Acessível para pessoas com deficiência.

Em primeiro lugar, os quartos poderiam ter sido melhor! Precisa mudar alguns dos móveis imundos. Segundo, o café da manhã deve ser de 6 a 10, como diz a placa, mas quando chegamos à cozinha "às 6:00" não encontramos nenhum café da manhã decente. Danny foi acima e além do qual totalmente apreciado. Ele se desculpou pela grande inconveniência e tentou consertar a situação e tirou um pouco de comida assim nós podemos comer antes de nós encabeçarmos fora como nós temos avião para pegar, Nunca ouviu um hotel perder seu café da manhã. Com exceção do atendimento ao cliente da recepção; Definitivamente, isso será relatado à corporação Hilton.

First, rooms could have been better! Need to change some of the filthy furniture. Second, Breakfast must be from 6-10 as the sign says, but when we got to the kitchen “at 6:00” We haven’t found any decent breakfast. Danny went above and beyond which totally appreciated. He apologized for the big inconvenience and tried to fix the situation and pulled out some food so we can eat before we head out as we have plane to catch, Never heard a hotel miss its breakfast. With the exception of the front desk customer service; definitely will have this reported to Hilton corporate.

No hot tub as shown on the photos. Clean even with construction going on.What stands out the most was the Staff. Very friendly and supportive. They thanked me for my service and thanked me for choosing them. Breakfast was excellent and the lady who was preparing it, took care of everyone. The day was 5-18-2019. She deserves recognition, but sad I didn't get her name.Elevators work good, parking is good and the doors to the rooms are not too heavy to push open. Disability accessible.

Underrated and undervalued hotel. All the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Hot breakfast had so many varieties and the area was generally clean and fully stocked during the operating hours. Front dest guys helped us with every request and my son was offered a small bag of snack. Appreciate it! Room was spacious and clean. We stayed in many hotels before and this Hampton Inn is extremely well operated. Better than many big brands.

Biggest drawback is they always run out of breakfast items including condiments, etc. Beds are usually comfy. Definitely need to fix things in the rooms (bathrooms).If you use your cell phone (digital key), the actual card keys will not open your room door. You can enter the hotel (side door) with the card keys but after that you better have your cell phone handy to unlock your room door.Someone is seriously SLACKING when it comes to ordering breakfast supplies.

Service:😤 Room:😱 Breakfast:❤️ Manager:👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Location:👍🏻 When we arrived, they gave us an unclean room. After we switch to another room, the AC was leaking. They came to fix it but also made our sheet get dirty. I made a reservation on AGODA and paid it all, but they charged me again. After we told them the mistake on the first day we check-in, they made us wait and refund us till two weeks after we check-out. The manager Brandon Gray need to responsible for the whole thing, but he is not a responsible person. His attitude is really bad. He knew the situation we had from the first day we stayed, but he did nothing till we leave. When we tried to find him to solve the problem, his colleagues always said he is taking his day off. If you want to have a wonderful vacation, don't go to this hotel. I really disappointed with their service. Btw, don't use Agoda. Don't use Agoda. Don't use Agoda. Agoda's staff told me their system problems happen to a lot of hotels in North America and the UK.

It is a typical Hampton Inn. If the location works for you, there shouldn't be any surprises here, it's fine.

Great location and awesome stay, rooms clean although needs little paying more attention for cleaning details. Staff are amazing and friendly. We appreciate the front desk guy danny for his friendly attitude and customer service skills. Also the girl at the front didn’t see her name too. Breakfast is delicious. Probably need an airport shuttle. Location is convenience everything is close by.

Not impressed. Arrived to check in and they had lost part of the reservation info from my company to pay for the room, which took an hour to sort out before checking in. Finally checked in and the room I was given had a big cart full of junk parts right at the entrance when I walked in. I get the room switched and in the new room there are holes in the wall, dark stains on the bedding and of course the wifi is garbage (it connects and disconnects itself every 20-30 seconds) . I decided to try the wired connection and the port is broken. I haven't even had breakfast yet and I'm already unimpressed with almost everything about this hotel. Probably one of the worst I've stayed in (and I travel a lot!). It's a shame to say because I've always preferred the Hilton brand but when I have to stay in this area I'll probably end up staying at the Marriott instead from now on.

LOVE it.I stayed at this hotel this week. The hotel itself is nice but there were a lot wrong with the room like room not cleaned well and their where no towels in the room when I checked in. BUT the front desk guy MUHAMMED make my stay unforgettable. I’ve never seen someone so respectful and loves his job so much. He always has a smile on his face and made my morning. He deserves to work at a bigger and better hotel or a pay raise for his phenomenal job.

As someone else mentioned, the hotel is being renovated, but when I stayed there it was only on the outside. I stayed there for 3 days. It was always very quiet, the breakfast buffet really hit the spot to get me going for the day. They also had my favorite brand of tea in several different flavors. Last, but not least, the staff was always courteous and greeted me with a smile each time I came into the lobby. I will definitely stay there again when I'm in the area.

Service was good, and good views of the downtown skyline. Faucet popped off the wall while I was taking a shower, reason for the 3 star rating. That said, they did manage to "fix" it promptly. Did not use the shower subsequently to see how that fared. Location is strategically decent. If for work, traffic might need to be factored in but quick access to I30. Also was undergoing construction,so might have been a factor.
