“Almost EVERYTHING was perfect except the bed… The mattress is NOT comfortable and too low to the floor. I also couldn’t get the AC/Heat to adjust correctly but I fixed that by opening the window. LOVE this hotel otherwise and can’t wait to return. (Maybe I had a bad mattress?)”

“Rated 4 star but restaurant is closed, rooftop is closed, no free breakfast, not even something you can pick up to go. Management will tell you bar is open on first floor during weekdays which gives them the right to authorize 75 dollars a day in charges to your card for incidentials. Front desk people are aloof and downright disrespectful including the goofy manager who rationalized everything. Elevators were also malfunctioning, rooms were very small. Definately not worth it. It's a 2 star hotel at the most. Good part is location. The restaurant is closed on the second or third floor so be ready to dine somewhere else.”
