“I recently stayed at this hotel for one night and overall, my experience was decent. The hotel was not new, but it was clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the spacious room, however, the executive lounge left a lot to be desired. As a titanium member, I expect a higher standard of amenities and services, but the breakfast offerings were limited and underwhelming. While the room was satisfactory, I would have appreciated better dining options in the lounge. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I wouldn't rush back to this hotel in the future.”

“The care we received from the concierge today (Mark) was exceptional. My father had some health issues, and he was incredibly caring and attentive to helping us out with a wheelchair etc. He even refused a tip, a lot of character, and a sincerely good staff member. Much appreciated!”
