“My husbands and my overall experience at the hotel was great because it's in Savannah! Conveniently located, close to a lot of great restaurants, very knowledgeable staff, great rooftop view of the river. I give the hotel three stars because we did not receive the king bed we originally booked and were in a queen bed. Also, when requested to change rooms, we could not change that evening and minimal effort was made by the hotel manager to change rooms and we ended up staying in the same room our entire stay. She offered to "call our room" but gave off the impression was sincerely the "least" she could do. (Who waits by their hotel room phone? That's why we have smartphones). As well as the pool area was not well kept water wise, creating a corner of hair and grime in the corner. The pool was warm because the heated pool feature was not turned off during a very hot week in June. (One day was real feel of 114). So yes, it's a good hotel, the rest of the staff did do well, the valet works SUPER hard to be efficient, knowledgeable and welcoming. There are shining employees at this location and great rooftop service for drinks and food. I would come back and hopefully next time it will be running better after coming out of a pandemic. Convenientemente localizado, perto de muitos restaurantes excelentes, funcionários muito experientes, excelente vista panorâmica do rio. Dou ao hotel três estrelas porque não recebemos a cama king size que originalmente reservamos e estávamos em uma cama queen size. Além disso, quando solicitados a mudar de quarto, não pudemos mudar naquela noite e o gerente do hotel fez um esforço mínimo para mudar de quarto e acabamos ficando no mesmo quarto durante toda a estadia. Ela se ofereceu para "ligar para o nosso quarto", mas deu a impressão de ser sinceramente o "mínimo" que ela poderia fazer. (Quem espera pelo telefone do quarto do hotel? É por isso que temos smartphones). Assim como a área da piscina não estava bem conservada em termos de água, criando um canto de cabelo e sujeira no canto. A piscina estava quente porque o recurso de piscina aquecida não foi desligado durante uma semana muito quente em junho. (Um dia foi uma sensação real de 114). Então, sim, é um bom hotel, o resto da equipe se saiu bem, o manobrista trabalha SUPER para ser eficiente, experiente e acolhedor. Há funcionários brilhantes neste local e um ótimo serviço na cobertura para bebidas e comida. Eu voltaria e espero que da próxima vez esteja funcionando melhor depois de sair de uma pandemia.”

“I will definitely be back to check into this hotel!!! Great breakfast, excellent service, the suite we stayed in was absolutely fantastic with a great view of the riverfront and the roof top is just an extra added perk and treat during your stay. And not to leave out the free Ferry ride which is within walking distance from the hotel. The valley service is top notch and would definitely recommend and give 10 stars if I could!!!! I'll be back soon Homewood and maybe you'll have some travel agent discounts I can take advantage of next visit!!!! Eu definitivamente voltarei para fazer o check-in neste hotel!!! Ótimo café da manhã, excelente serviço, a suíte em que ficamos era absolutamente fantástica, com uma excelente vista para o rio e a cobertura é apenas uma vantagem extra e um mimo durante a sua estadia. E para não deixar de fora o passeio de Ferry gratuito que fica a uma curta distância do hotel. O serviço de vale é de primeira qualidade e definitivamente recomendaria e daria 10 estrelas se eu pudesse!!!!
