Le graphiste Cédric Benslous a imaginé une identité visuelle pour l'hôtel, qui marque et démarque l'Elysée Gare de Lyon : la « Parisienne ». Les chambres son simples, doubles, triples ou quadruples, nos chambres, typiquement parisiennes. Les camaïeux de rouges des moquettes, têtes de lit et rideaux côtoient tables de chevet en verre et aluminium brossé, bureaux assortis et écrans plats. Nos chambres ont été pensées pour vous offrir un grand confort : literie moelleuse, excellente insonorisation ainsi que de nombreux services gratuits. “I seldom stay in 4* hotels but when I do I would expect a unique experience. Here the hotel failed at check-in. We arrived at about 11.00 to leave our luggage and were informed that the rooms (we booked 3 for a business trip) will be ready at 14.00 (Booking informs that the check-in is possible from 15.00 onwards). We were back in the hotel after 15.00, but the rooms were still not ready. We were offered coffee and cake but still had to wait until 15.30 to get the room. The rooms are small with a tiny bathroom, but I guess it can be a standard for Paris. The room was clean but the room service was rather late during the day. My bed in room 104 was squeaking terribly (rooms 102 and 103 were fine though). The breakfast was a bit disappointing – the quality of the served food was very good, but I missed fresh vegetables and some more variety (two breakfasts of the same composition were enough). Next time while in Paris I would look for something else.”
