Eles até surpreenderam minha esposa com um cartão de aniversário e biscoitos entregues em nosso quarto. Os imóveis são atualizados e tudo é bem pensado no quarto.”

“Great place on the main street in Waikiki, located next to all the shops, bars, beaches, and restaurants. Friendly staff, especially the valets in the parking garage. My only complaint is upon check in, no one told us the hotel rents beach chairs to their guests to use during their stay. Would have been helpful to know this when we check in. Had to learn this from a friendly couple we met at the beach. Also no told us there are umbrellas the hotel provides to their guests on rainy days. Again why the mystery and lack of communication. Do better!!!”
