“I just checked into my room at 2:00am it was disgusting. I went back to the front desk and there was no one there, I had to walk around the lobby for 10 minutes literally yelling hello is anyone here. Finally somebody came out and gave me a different room, and while this one didn’t have towels on the floor, Semen stains on the couch, and the beds are made. There is a giant on identifiable red stain in the middle of the floor.”

“Terrible staff, people at the front desk seemed grumpy and very short with you so I tried to not ask them anything unless I really needed to. After checking out I realized I left clothes in the closet, I called several times and was told they have a lost and found but no one would go check, would take a message but not call back. Finally I get someone to check and she said my items were not there. So where did they go??? And no one seems to care. I guess it's finders keepers not lost and found.”
