“All of the staff was great honestly, very friendly, especially the room attendants and waiters. The food was also very good in all the restaurants in the resort.My main issues with the resort were that towards the end of our stay it started to get pretty crowded, so it was getting increasingly hard to get a deckchair in the shade, which I think is pretty bad at 40+°C. Also some of the guests were pretty rowdy, which makes it harder for couples to enjoy a romantic stay.Another small quarrel with the resort was that it is not maintained perfectly, so you can find quite some small imperfections like some tiles missing in the lagoon and similar.Thanks to the super friendly staff I only dock 1 star.”

“Everything on the Palm Island is definitely worth a five star for me and more. Scenery is awesome.try visiting the Palm Islam via the monorail. You will get a beautiful view of Dubai and guess what? It's silent because it crosses the residential areas. One would think you could actually jump out of the monorail 🤣”
