“I stayed here for one night last Saturday and was excited because it looked like a nice hotel from the images I saw. When checking in, the vibe was just right and it appeared clean. I was soon disappointed when we had gone up to our room. We checked in an hour after our check in time and the room still hadn’t been cleaned. The bed was messy, there were used tissues, masks, and toilet paper lying around, the room itself was dirty, had used towels laying around, as well as urine still in the toilet... I paid a decent amount for a one night stay and this is what I got upon arrival. They Aloft staff was nice enough to offer me a different room, though I was still disappointed. I had to go back up to the room because we left our luggage in there, move all of it to another room, and was late for a dinner reservation. For a hotel that asks you to wear a mask at all times while walking around due to covid (which I have no problem with), walking into a dirty, uncleaned room didn’t align with their covid protocol in my opinion. Overall, it was a nice hotel. I was just disappointed with my experience.”

“Enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant was awesome. Was not disappointed in the food at all. My one complaint is we had reserved a room with two queen beds. (Through a third party). Called the hotel a week out to confirm and was told that yes we did have a room with two queens. However when we checked in we were told that all they had was a King and if we wanted to change to a queen the next day that could accommodate us then. So when we reserved for two queens where did they go?”
