“The staff is extremely polite and friendly. We were received warmly upon our arrival. Fernando went above and beyond to provide us with helpful information about the best food and activities to do during our stay. The hotel also offers tour packages that take you to major areas in Guadalajara, all very affordable. They also offer transportation service, which is great. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and it is located around good restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to return on our next trip to Guadalajara.”

“Very nice hotel located in the city. Plenty of things to do within walking distance. There’s a soriana nearby to stock up on anything you might need. The parking garage is pretty cramped, especially if you have a larger vehicle. They do offer valet services though.
I had a room with a kitchen and they included everything in it, microwave, dishes, silverware and a stove. It does get a bit noisy at night as there are plenty of neighbors on the other side of the street, a lot of barking dogs at night. Only issue I saw was some staff not wearing masks, especially in the elevators.”
