O ruído das rodovias do entrono é um incômodo para que busca repousar,o café da manhã estilão americano, farto em frituras, desagrada pela falta de opções saudáveis e variedade de frutas. Os banheiros e os chuveiros são pequenos e desconfortáveis. O estatuto HHonors Diamond não é observado segundo as regras do programa. **

Boa recepção, fica ainda melhor com um cookie quentinho depois de uma longa viagem. Quarto confortável, limpo e boa ducha. Ponto a rever: ar condicionado ligado com ou sem refrigeração, com ruido incômodo.

Quarto extremamente confortável mas problemas no estacionamento e atendimento. Funcionários mal humorados e pouco prestativos. O estacionamento é muito apertado e eles se isentam de todas as responsabilidades pelo carro.

Very nice staff. Even with covid, they did the best they could to provide wrapped food for breakfast. Great location to save money while still being close to the Santa Monica pier. Non smoking property, but still easy to find a close area to have a cigarette. We'll be coming back next year for our annual beach vacay.

Stayed 2 nights on a business trip. I try to always stay in a Hilton property because I can usually count on a great experience. This was no exception. I didnt have much contact with staff from using the app check-in and door key, which is Awesome btw, but my room was top notch. Very clean and comfortable. Ordered room service and the dinner was very good as well. Thank you Hilton!!

Heavy construction going on at hotel when I was there. Two of the three elevators out of commission. I don't know the scope of the construction but it's far more than a mere paint job. Construction very noisy. No breakfast available. Restaurant closed. Do not know when the construction will be finished. Rooms are fine, standard modern Hilton issue. Close to shopping and San Diego freeway. Extra charge for parking that is located across the street.

We spent a little over two weeks here while working a job in the area. The staff here were all wonderful (especially Kyanna!), and I greatly appreciate their part in making our stay a pleasant one. The hotel shop had a good selection, and the meal we got from room service was great. We appreciated (and made good use of!) the daily food and beverage credit that we received with the room. There were some very minor inconveniences due to the current renovation project, but I don't suppose there's any way to avoid that entirely, and I certainly don't hold it against them. If we're ever in the area again, I'd be happy to come back to this hotel.

Happy with our stay at the Hotel.Room is very clean and comfortable as expected.The front building is under renovation during our stay so my family is not impressed with my choice of hotel. Everything looks great after we walked through a makeshift walkway. Guest parking is across the street(a little strange). We had a good city/405 freeway view from our window.We definitely will stay at this hotel in the future.

Very kind, professional, and accommodating staff throughout the hotel. We were there during construction so we weren't able to enjoy the lounge/gym/restaurant, but it was still a very pleasant stay regardless. The pool and hot tub were spacious and clean. At one point I called to the front desk to ask for more towels whenever it was handy for them, and within 2 minutes there was already someone knocking on our door with fresh towels. We were greeted warmly by front desk staff every time we entered or left the building. There is a large mall within walking distance, plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. I will most definitely be returning to this hotel on future California visits. I didn't catch her name, but the gal who checked me in on 09/11/21 around 2pm was so incredibly nice and informative. She is most definitely in the right career field and deserves to get a raise! :)

The location was great and the staff excellent. We needed repair of the bathroom sink faucet and the staff was very responsive once they were alerted to the problem. $28 parking fee seemed high. The bathroom faucet was very loose, the tub water spout continued to run water while the shower was running, which made the water fixtures sound like one was in a wind tunnel. The desk chair upholstery was ripped.

The young lady working the front desk was great! Kind and professional! The room (510) needs much repairs. Electrical plate in bathroom crooked and cracked. The AC (even when turned off) made abnormal noises all night.

Las señoritas de recepción, especialmente Enriqueta y Elisabeth, además de hablar español son superatentas y amables. Nos ayudaron muchísimo,más allá de su obligaciones como trabajadoras. Nuestro agradecimiento a ellas y al hotel por tener un personal tan competente y amable. Además el hotel está realmente muy bien en las habitaciones, y con una piscina de agua caliente muy relajante. Próximo a Santa Mónica es ideal para conocer esa zona.

Me gustaba mucho el DoubleTree Hotel Los Angeles, los habitaciones son espaciosos y limpios, hay un refrigerador, aire acondicionado, televisiónes grandes y camas cómodos. El "dine-in" menú es ridículamente caro - ¿¿¿$8 por una mantequilla de cacahuete y mermelada??? - pero hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes locales donde se puede comprar lo que necesitas.

The proximity to everything is great. The free parking is a plus. There were a lot of repairs that needed to be done. The doors all had paint chips as you walked down the hall. The vent in the bathroom was super dusty and needed to be cleaned.

Buen lugar para desacansar en vuahes de trabajo. Si bien no está cerca del centro de los angeles, esta muy cerca del aeropuerto y tiene restaurant cerca. La comida del hotel es muy buena, desayunos variados y personal muy atento. La piscina es algo pequeña.

Bastante cómodo, excelente ubicación, las habitaciones están bastante limpia y el trato del personal no se queda atrás. Sin duda una buena elección para hospedarse al visitar Los Ángeles. Salida casi directa a freeway y frente a un grande centro comercial. ESTACIONAMIENTO 24 DOLARES POR NOCHE. Update: Tuvimos un problema con una segunda reservación que realizamos, pero el servicio del hotel nos hizo un upgrade gratuito a una suite, realmente maravilloso!!!! GRACIAS AL PERSONAL DE DOUBLE TREE!!!
