No primeiro dia de uma estadia de 11 dias, e antes da chegada, o hotel procurava atender a necessidades ou solicitações especiais, todos são simpáticos e prestativos, é difícil encontrar e toda a equipe parece estar trabalhando em direção a um objetivo, tornando a experiência memorável.
