Marathon participant. Great location to event. Close to reasonable priced restaurants incl Chipotle. Walking distance to drug store & a Target. Really clean room! Super clean bathroom. 1 desk top for 1 person to eat so prepare for any other guest to eat in bed or on floor. BEWARE OF THE KILLER KNEE/SHIN BED FRAME CORNERS! The mattress wasn't the right size & the wood protruded so much both of us knocked our knees a few time on the hard corners. Like any other hotel in downtown Chicago there was constant traffic noise & someone who decided to beat on a plastic bucket for 2 days straight. Adequate staff, we were really self sufficient but they smiled & said welcome & thanks. Still waiting on my receipt, but it's been less than a day so we'll see. Would stay here again just on floors 10+

Absolutely perfect location and also pretty decent customer service. The rooms were the issue. The hotel is SMALL. About 6 rooms per floor and they're cramped at that. Not much larger than a bed and a small desk space. Our microwave did not work and they did not have one in the lobby to use. Room was clean.

This was our first time visiting Chicago. Upon checking in, we were greeted by Michael the front desk attendant. He gave us some great advise on restaurants and places to visit. All the front desk workers were nice but he was top notch. The room was very clean and included microwave and fridge, a little small but enough for us because we weren't there much. We had great time and I would recommend this spot to anyone. We will be back.

Twelve of my high school classmates from around the country gathered in Chicago this weekend to reconnect and the Hilton Garden Inn was the perfect place to do it. Awesome location, a great value, and nice, clean rooms. What made it really special was the customer service provided by Kevin, the general manager, and all the staff. We easily were able to get a small block of rooms and the personal attention and accomodations leading up to the event were on par with a luxury hotel. Truly, the hotel, its facilities and staff made our mini-reunion so much more memorable. We were really treated like VIP guests. Many thanks!

I got early check in as room was available. Lisa at front desk was superbly friendly, quick n valet guy nice to let me park for few minutes. Very cosy room, well designed, microwave makes life easier. Thank you for a very comfortable stay. Very clean rooms. Kindly note a guest might not like to pay additional for breakfast but if its inclusive of price at a logical increase of price, it makes life easier. Hilton rocks as always.
