Went to the rooftop bar with a group of friends, the staff is unfriendly. First they didn't want to accommodating us, then we figured out where to sit. I felt like they don't care and they don't think about customs' opinion. I don't understand how the management can be so unflexible and unwilling to bring new people to the venue.

Os edifícios de cada lado do hotel emitem holofotes / holofotes gigantes diretamente no hotel, fazendo com que a luz atravesse as cortinas e entre em seu quarto. Toneladas de poluição sonora da área circundante !! Música alta tocando tocando tocando a noite toda !! Muito caro! o holiday inn é melhor do que isso.

The buildings on either side of the hotel shine giant flood lights/ spots lights directly at the hotel cause light to pierce the blinds and get into your room. Tons of noise pollution from surrounding area!! Loud blaring music playing playing all night!! Over priced! the holiday inn is better than this.

Great service and cute rooftop bar and pool. The only thing that was off-putting— given the price per night— was how much you could hear from other rooms, the hallway and the floor above

Atualmente estou hospedado no Kimpton Hotel Wilshire, e tem sido difícil. O quarto estava sujo com migalhas no chão. Na primeira noite, não consegui falar com ninguém da recepção ou do manobrista ao telefone. Quando entrei no elevador no primeiro dia, um dos funcionários me disse que tinha participado de várias entrevistas de emprego naquele dia para "sair deste lugar". Mau sinal. Na segunda noite, a TV não estava funcionando, liguei e a recepção disse que mandariam alguém, mas ninguém apareceu. Tem que pedir serviço de limpeza com 24 horas de antecedência - ordenei que alguém viesse hoje às 10h, mas agora são 13h16 e ninguém apareceu. Encomendei toalhas pela manhã e elas só chegaram depois do pôr-do-sol da tarde. Não há serviço. É suposto ser um hotel de 4 estrelas e não é barato! Existem muitas outras opções em Los Angeles! Ficar longe.

Actualmente me estoy alojando en el Kimpton Hotel Wilshire, y ha sido difícil. La habitación estaba sucia con migas en el suelo. La primera noche no pude hablar con nadie de la recepción ni con el servicio de aparcacoches. Cuando entré al ascensor mi primer día, uno de los empleados me dijo que había estado en varias entrevistas de trabajo ese día para "salir de este lugar". Mala señal. La segunda noche, la televisión no funcionaba, llamé y la recepción me dijo que enviarían a alguien, pero nunca apareció nadie. Tienes que ordenar el servicio de limpieza con 24 horas de anticipación. Ordené a alguien que viniera hoy a las 10 a. M., Pero ahora son las 1:16 p. M. Y nadie ha venido. Pedí toallas por la mañana y no llegaron hasta después de la puesta del sol por la tarde. No hay servicio. Se supone que es un hotel de 4 estrellas, ¡y no es barato! ¡Hay muchas otras opciones en Los Ángeles! Mantente alejado.

I am currently staying at the Kimpton Hotel Wilshire, and it has been rough. The room was dirty with crumbs on the floor. The first night I could not get anyone from the front desk or valet on the phone. When I got into the elevator my first day, one of the employees told me he had been on several job interviews that day to "get out of this place." Bad sign. The second night the TV was not working, I called down and the front desk told me they would send someone but no one ever showed up. You have to order housekeeping 24 hours in advance - I ordered someone to come today at 10am, but it is now 1:16pm and no one has come. I ordered towels in the am and they did not arrive until after the sunset in the PM. There is zero service. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel, and it is not cheap! There are many other options in Los Angeles! Stay away.

Vim aqui para o meu evento de networking na universidade. Para minha surpresa, tanto minha alma mater quanto a escola em que estudei no exterior estavam tendo eventos aqui! Este é um lugar popular para networking, encontros em grupo e encontros. Eu amei a vibração, muito elegante e sofisticada, com muitos lugares sentados e espaço. Você pode sentar-se em um ambiente de grupo mais íntimo, sentar-se no bar ou sentar-se ou ficar em pé ao redor das mesas do meio também. Os servidores foram todos muito simpáticos e educados. Grande seleção de vinhos e outras opções de bebidas. Ambiente não muito alto e excelente. A comida deles também era ótima, eu me servi de alguns sliders e fatias de pizza. Grandes porções médias de mordida!

Came here for my university networking event. To my surprising, both my alma matter AND the school I studied abroad at were having events here! This is a popular place for networking, group hang outs, and dates. I loved the vibe, very classy and upscale with plenty of seating and room. You can sit in a more intimate group setting, hang out by the bar, or sit or stand around the middle tables as well. The servers were all very nice and polite. Huge wine selection and other drink options. Not too loud and great ambience. Their food was great too, I helped myself to a few sliders and slices of pizza. Great bite sized portions!

Zero stars. There are hidden charges which they do not mention. If you have a car there is a default 42$ price per night on top of what you paid When inquiring further about this price they just get angry. They are least bothered to explain. Also there is 27$ daily amenity fee which is a joke. No gymand rooms are tiny. Only good thing is roof top, but it is always crowded since it is open for people outside of hotel too. Better to stay away.
