Staff was very friendly. They greeted us every time we entered. The staff working the breakfast area was very friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Great location! I would highly recommend this Residence Inn!

Clean, modern, accessible to anywhere. This has got to be one of the best hotel stays I've ever had, and I've stayed all over the world. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Residences Inns are always great. The room was a nice size, especially in NYC. Free breakfast is also another great benefit of staying here.

Definitely will be staying here again, nice place to stay. Off the main strip quiet and peaceful great staff. I highly recommend this place and suggest that you stay here as well.

The room was incredibly small. I woke up from the bed and the refrigerator was right behind me. The shower had some old red tile and was crusty all over. The elevators took forever to wait for and to go up and down to each floor. Breakfast was terrible for a Marriott property it did not live up to the brand. The breakfast had just bagels and toast and blueberry muffins luckily I ate the blueberry muffins which were good. The hot foods eggs and meat items did not taste right. The cereal they had was plain like bran flakes and apple jacks. Then they only had two juices neither were orange juice ironically. $4 for a 20oz soda. I wish I had a better stay. I will say the employees were friendly and it was in a safe part of Manhattan. Those are the only two positive attributes to the hotel. Would not stay there again though.
