“Easily one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in the US. It was our third different Ritz-Carlton location, and it surpassed the other two in terms of service and feel.Let's start with the negatives: parking garage is on the opposite side of the same block and down a hill. So if you plan to self park, unload your stuff and family first (it was cheap though, so that's a plus). Also, there's plenty signs of wear on the furniture and trims in our suite.But honestly, we didn't care about any of that. We were greeted by three door men who escorted us to seats at the concierge, and then later to our suite. The concierge was extremely welcoming, upgrading our room and offering late checkout without us having to say a thing. The complimentary glasses of champagne are a really nice touch. The suite was gigantic and I really didn't want to leave. Bed was super comfortable, the tub was awesome, and the shower was huge. The bathroom was also very large with a separate toilet/bidet station. Oh, and the extra powder room was nice.Room service brought breakfast at the exact minute it was requested, and it was really good. Cutest little bottle of hot sauce, too.I understand that I'm glowing about this space largely due to the upgraded suite, and that I'll never get that again, but I seriously cannot wait to visit here again.”
