“I just checked in and I’m so bummed. Not at all the Marriott standards I expect. 2400 for six days and there were hairs all over the bathtub when I checked in. The pool is depressing and the doors were so smudged w finger prints I feel like I’m at a chucke cheese. This will be my last time blindly trusting a Marriott. So bummed. It feels more like a days inn :(( I had to get on and edit this because unfortunately it keeps disappointing. Pillows are awful and bed is a million years old. They serve barely any food here from 7 to 10 am you can pay Los Angeles prices for continental bfastfast that should be included. I wish I’d have gone with Hilton. I will NEVER again stay at Marriott. This place is a joke. NOT like the Marriott s I have stayed in the past. Major major buyers remorse. I really thought I could trust the Marriott name.”

“I stayed at this hotel on family day weekend. When we arrived, we were kindly greeted and helped with our luggage. Everyone who worked at the hotel when I stayed there was very nice, especially Lorenzo at front desk.
In the lobby there is a market that sells ice cream, candy, chips, chocolate, and a few different refrigerated drinks. There is a bistro on the Mezzanine floor and it serves Starbucks drinks like cafe mocha, coffee. Of course, if you want the full Starbucks deal, you can walk towards Bo’s Beach Restaurant and you’ll find a regular Starbucks. The Bistro also sells fresh fruit cups, yogurt, bottled juice, apples, oranges, croissants, some pastries like lemon loaf and pumpkin spice loaf.
The elevators in the hotel, depending on the time you are trying to use one, can take quite a few minutes for one to be available for use. Our room was not cleaned when we stayed there.
Great location for a Marriott hotel and great service. Would come again.
The beach is right behind the hotel. Tons of shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, ice cream, souvenir shops within easy walking distance from hotel!”
