“First of all, I don’t know by which standards it has 5-star.
I usually do not send bad reviews but for this one, I cannot.
The lobby is so small. There are only some sofas on the bar.
The restaurant is also very small.
There are only 2 elevators for 12 floors.
The fitness saloon is like a small room!!!!
The room is not clean enough. There is nothing special in the room as a 5-star hotel. You feel you are in a boutique hotel.
Not many tv channels. Even it is not easy to change the channels by remote control.
About air conditioning, you cannot set the temperature in numbers.
In the shower, cabin water stays on the floor. There is no roof shower head. Only one broken hand shower head.
There is mold on the toilet bowl.
There are cracks in the washing basin.
The window is not clean enough.
The cups were dirty.
I attached all photos.
I searched for 2 days to choose the best hotel but unfortunately this time I regretted.
