Great central location and friendly staff. When in the room you can hear everything in the hallway and street. For me personally the refurshed rooms and bar/restaurant failed when it comes to interior design. It felt like I was in a Pocahontas themed hotel in Eurodisney Paris.

What a lovely, perfectly situated hotel! First visit was 9/8/22 0 9/11/22. The front desk is in the hotel restaurant by the elevator. Everyone is attentive, friendly and very helpful. During busy season ask the front desk to get you a cab. As IHG elite members we received 2 free drinks in the rooftop bar or the hotel restaurant. We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant, expensive but worth every penny. The hotel is near Ibiza Old Town and what the hotel front desk calls their main square "Times Square". Our room 211 was beautiful and bathroom was up to date.

Not a 5 star hotel, our room had the view on a wall. Materials used in the rooms are cheap. There is basically no reception other than a small desk within a bar on the ground floor of the building. The parking spaces in front of the hotel get occupied with scooters, so can`t really be used, valet service might take 30 mins to take your car. Prices are high. I recommend to look for other hotels.

To the man working on the counter with the short hair, kaki pants and white long sleeve shirt 24/8 at 10am you may want to be more patient with explaining how the mini bar bond works. My wife and myself found you very rude and abrasive when questioning why there is an excessive $4000 hold on top of our accomodation fees of $3000 we already paid, it’s just not normal. It seemed a great inconvenience for you to even order a taxi. It’s a shame your aggressive attitude really brought down the experience of what is a very decent hotel that we experienced until now. I hope you are reprimanded for your rudeness and be more courteous to others in future.

Nestled conveniently in the middle of the Old Ibiza town and fort (with plethora of restaurants and shops nearby), the hotel stood out not just because of its immaculately modern rooms, gorgeous rooftop but because of its generous, lovely front desk staffs. The staffs went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfectly curated itinerary for Ibiza given our limited time. I would recommend anyone traveling to Ibiza to stay in this hotel. Kudos to the hotel workers and the management for providing such memorable hospitality.

Fantastic hotel, second visit and won't be the last. The staff and general vibe of the hotel made us feel special, and the girls on the desk were fantastic. We only had breakfast here but it didn't dissapoint, plenty of choice and it was delicious.
