A equipe foi muito simpática e prestativa. Café-da-manhã incluso foi excepcional, muitas opções. Quarto 314 tinha um AC barulhento. Pátio na cobertura foi uma adição agradável. Gostei da área do lobby com assentos confortáveis. Plano para ficar novamente.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was exceptional, many choices. Room 314 had a noisy AC. Roof top patio was a nice addition. Liked the lobby area with comfortable seating. Plan to stay again.

O melhor hotel da região! Meu quarto era muito limpo e espaçoso. Os recepcionistas foram muito receptivos e atentos à minha preferência. Especificamente, o recepcionista Carlos foi muito atencioso e garantiu que eu estivesse satisfeito com o meu quarto. Eu realmente aprecio sua hospitalidade! Este local está escondido no lado norte da cidade. Os funcionários foram muito gentis e o quarto era ótimo. Cama confortável, quarto limpo, belas vistas. O deck na cobertura também é um toque agradável. Estacionamento com manobrista apenas e difícil de encontrar estacionamento na rua, pois fica no meio do campus de Loyola. Muito perto da linha vermelha para chegar onde você precisa ir na cidade.

The best hotel in the area! My room was very clean and spacious. The receptionists were very welcoming and attentive to my preference. Specifically the receptionist Carlos was really accommodating and made sure I was satisfied with my room. I really appreciate his hospitality! Hot Breakfast is served from 6am-10am. Valet parking is now $40per day

This location is hidden on the north side of the city. The staff were very kind and the room was great. Comfortable bed, clean room, beautiful views. The rooftop deck is a nice touch as well. Valet parking only and hard to find street parking since it's in the middle of Loyola's campus. Very close to the red line to get you to wherever you need to go in the city.

Realmente bom hotel em uma ótima localização. O acesso ao L é realmente conveniente e há muita comida a uma curta distância. A única desvantagem é ter que pagar pelo estacionamento com manobrista, mas isso é relativamente comum nas cidades. Café-da-manhã também foi ótimo, os quartos são limpos e de grande qualidade para o preço.

Muy buen hotel en una excelente ubicación. El acceso a la L es realmente conveniente y hay mucha comida a poca distancia. El único inconveniente es tener que pagar por el servicio de aparcacoches, pero eso es relativamente común en las ciudades. El desayuno también era excelente, las habitaciones están limpias y, en general, excelente calidad por el precio.

Really nice hotel in a great location. Access to the L is really convenient and plenty of food within walking distance. Only downside is having to pay for valet parking, but that’s relatively common in cities. Breakfast was great too, rooms are clean, and overall great quality for the price.

Bed was comfy, and beautiful!! The room was decorated w taste, classy and elegant. The shower is huge and the rest of bathroom was also beautiful!! Spacey 2 mini fridges, a sink,2bTVs. One for the kids and one for the parents.

Minha família (13 no total) ficou aqui por quatro dias. Em todos os hotéis em que ficamos, este lugar/local era simplesmente magnífico. Começando de cima para baixo, o atendimento ao cliente não pode ser superado por nenhum hotel. Todos vocês foram ótimos e eu e minha família não ficaremos em nenhum outro lugar ao visitar Chicago. My family (13 total) stayed here for four days.In all the hotels we have stayed in, this place/location was simplymagnificent.Starting from the top to the bottom, the customer service cannot be outdone by any hotel.All of you were great and myself and my family will not stay anywhere else when visiting Chicago.Thank you!

Ótimo hotel com excelente equipe e bons quartos, mas o estacionamento era um lixo absoluto. O estacionamento na rua Sheridan era gratuito à noite das 22h às 7h, mas custa US$ 2 por hora durante o dia, e nenhum estacionamento é permitido das 7h às 9h. Então eu acordo às 7 para mover meu carro para o estacionamento residencial próximo, e tudo é permitido apenas estacionar em todas as direções, não residencial normal. Portanto, a opção é $ 35 por noite para ter estacionamento com manobrista, ou $ 20 algo por dia para caminhar até uma garagem. Great hotel with great staff and good rooms, but the parking was absolute garbage. The Sheridan street parking was free at night from 10pm to 7am, but then it costs like $2 per hour during the day, and no parking at all is allowed from 7am to 9am. So I wake up at 7 to move my car to the nearby residential parking, and it's all permit only parking in every direction, not normal residential. So the option is like $35 per night to have valet parking, or $20 something per day to walk down the road to a parking garage. There's no parking spaces for diamond members, or free valet for diamond members. The parking is so bad that I checked out the first morning, a week early.

Visitei como parte de uma estadia de quatro dias para passeios universitários e foi ótimo. Muito quieto. Adorava tomar um café da manhã rápido antes de sairmos todos os dias. A localização era ótima para muitas visitas escolares, graças à parada da Red Line Loyola, que fica a poucos passos do hotel. A equipe foi amigável e ativa, sempre trabalhando para manter a área de café da manhã limpa e reabastecida ou ajudando os hóspedes na recepção. Todos pareciam gostar de trabalhar lá e pareciam funcionar bem como uma equipe. Você nem sempre recebe essa vibração dos funcionários do hotel.

Visité como parte de una estadía de cuatro días para recorridos universitarios y fue genial. Muy silencioso. Me encantó tomar un desayuno rápido antes de salir cada día. La ubicación era excelente para muchas visitas escolares, gracias a la parada Loyola de la Línea Roja, que está a unos pasos del hotel. El personal era amable y activo, siempre trabajando para mantener el área de desayuno limpia y reabastecida o ayudando a los huéspedes en la recepción. Todos parecían disfrutar trabajando allí y parecían funcionar bien como equipo. No siempre obtienes esa vibra del personal del hotel.

Visited as part of a four-day stay for college tours and it was great. Very quiet. Loved having a quick breakfast before we set out each day. Location was great for many school visits, thanks to the Red Line Loyola stop, which is steps from the hotel. The staff was friendly and active, always working to keep the breakfast area clean and restocked or helping guests at the front desk. They all seemed to enjoy working there and seemed to function well as a team. You don't always get that vibe from hotel staffs.

Yo eleji este hotel por sus reviews pero no es bueno encontre pelo en mi cobija y no solo uno wran como 10 pelos el desayunoestaba terrible te lo dan en una caja que trae 2 huevos duros y un pan y mantequilla y te dan un jugo no te dejan comer en el lobby que por el covid y no hay parking en expedia dise yes parking pero el parking es en la calle y.y quien me trato mal mi ultimo dia alli fue una joven llamada victoria que mal me hicieron centir no regresaria senti larguisima mi estadia no quicieron cambiar mi cama terrible lugar
