“We booked a room here for the Chicago Marathon in October 2022 and were impressed. The location is fantastic and the room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Our room with a king bed included a coffee maker, mini fridge and hair dryer. Items like shower caps and toiletries are available if requested. Bathroom was spotless. Everything looked exactly like the website pics. There is a breakfast available in a dining area by the main lobby that includes omelettes, oatmeal, waffles, sausages, cereals, and pastries. Pretty good food and coffee overall. Staff was also outstanding! The lobby captains, front desk and room staff were very friendly and helpful. You can request daily room service, but for a two night stay we opted out, and just requested clean towels. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.”

“Great location in the Loop above an existing theater. An older building that was restored into a hotel so it has character. You are within walking distance to many attractions, the River Walk and the lake shore. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Complimentary hot breakfast and the hostess, Ismeta, was the highlight of our stay. She made sure we had enough to eat (waffles), coffee, water, everything we needed and with an exuberance and kindness that you don’t often see. She set the tone for the start of our day. What a great experience!”
