Every staff person we came in contact with was personable and very pleasant. The valet personnel make it a priority to be accommodating. Check in was quick without issue. The view is nice. The hot water and water pressure were perfect. The bathroom is a little small. They've tried to upgrade it appears with newer shower heads but the bathtub is small. The room is small overall as well but the bed is very comfortable. The price is a little much for the room- I'm sure it's the name that dictates the price.

O hotel tem uma bela vista da caminhada do rio Savannah. É bastante distância de lá com uma balsa de água para chegar até ela. Os horários podem variar de um dia para o outro. Hotel precisa de atualização, principalmente banheiros. Os banheiros são uma sensação de armário, com vaso sanitário, chuveiro e vaidade um em cima do outro. Banheiro também é muito mal iluminado, com pressão de água inconsistente. Apenas parece mais velho, mesmo que não seja. Copos de plástico no bar do nível principal? Não muito elegante. Enquanto esperava a balsa, os insetos mordedores eram terríveis nesta época do ano. Existe uma maneira de tratar essa área?

The hotel has a nice view of the Savannah river walk. It is quite a distance from there with a water ferry to get over to it. Schedules can vary day to day. Hotel needs updating, especially bathrooms. Bathrooms are a closet feel, with toilet, shower, and vanity on top of each other. Bathroom is also very dimly lit, with inconsistent water pressure. Just feels older, even though it’s not. Plastic cups at the main level bar? Not very classy. While waiting for the ferry, the biting bugs were terrible this time of year. Is there a way to treat that area?

As camas eram confortáveis e os quartos e corredores tranquilos. Dormiu bem. Linda vista para o rio. Os funcionários foram simpáticos. Algum foco no cliente está faltando na gestão. O Starbucks era muito pequeno e não podia atender às demandas de longas filas de clientes. Isso foi frustrante. O hotel deveria apenas fornecer café gratuito no lobby, como tantos outros hotéis fazem. Além disso, não havia máquinas de venda automática e apenas uma loja de presentes para fornecer bebidas e lanches, quando fechava às 22h não se conseguia nada para comer ou beber, sem serviço de quarto. O restaurante principal era justo, era típico com comida de hotel de qualidade média. Participamos de uma recepção de casamento ao ar livre, o cenário era adorável, a comida servida era melhor do que o restaurante. O estacionamento com manobrista/equipe de sino foram excelentes. Não havia serviço de limpeza para os quartos, você tinha que solicitar serviço de limpeza e ligar para a recepção se ficar sem nada. Isso foi um choque pós covid para mim depois de muitos anos viajando e tendo certas expectativas mínimas / rotineiras dos hotéis.

I recommend staying here away from the the Hustle and Bustle of River Street.They have a Ferry that runs every 30 Minutes to The other side that is Free. Outside Pool with Jacuzzi that is next to the River. Patrice in the Restaurant was a Great Server for breakfast. The view is Great. Priced right also. 2 Bars

The beds were comfortable and the rooms and hallways quiet. Slept well. Beautiful river view. Staff were friendly. Some customer focus is lacking from management. The Starbucks was too small and could not support the demands of long lines of customers. That was frustrating. The hotel should just provide free coffee in the lobby like so many other hotels do. In addition there were no vending machines and only one gift shop to provide drinks and snacks, when it was closed at 10 pm you couldn’t get anything at all to eat or drink, no room service. The main restaurant was only fair it was typical with average quality hotel priced food. We attended an outdoor wedding reception the setting was lovely , the catered food was better than the restaurant. The valet parking/bell staff were excellent. There was no cleaning service for the rooms you had to request maid service and call the desk if you ran out of anything. That was a post covid shocker to me after many years of traveling and having certain minimal / routine expectations of hotels.

We visit here 2-3 times per year. Heated pool, great views, fantastic hotel. Everything is clean and service is absolutely superb. We bring friends and family every year. Fireworks over the river in July. Kid friendly activities during peak seasons. You cannot go wrong staying here.

Meu marido e eu ficamos muito decepcionados com a nossa estadia. Pagamos US$ 750 por 2 noites em um quarto desatualizado com odor, manchas nos lençóis e paredes e comodidades mínimas. A vista do rio era bonita, mas estava bloqueada por uma barcaça de construção com um guindaste. Esperávamos muito melhor, mas você está pagando apenas pela localização e pela marca. Do lado positivo, os poucos funcionários com quem interagimos foram muito agradáveis e acolhedores, e apreciei que todos estivessem usando máscaras. Mas eu definitivamente não ficaria aqui novamente.

O hotel é ótimo se você gosta de golfe, mas caso contrário, é um hotel médio para ficar se você estiver visitando Savannah. A equipe do hotel foi amigável em geral, mas minha experiência de estadia no hotel foi decepcionante. O hotel cobra uma taxa de resort de $ 33,90, que cobre a piscina, S'mores, academia, spa, etc. para. O hotel também cobra uma taxa de estacionamento de US$ 20. Há uma abundância de vagas de estacionamento e os visitantes do hotel não precisam pagar, então cobrar dos hóspedes durante a noite um extra de US $ 20 é um roubo. As chaves do quarto também não funcionavam por vários motivos, então eu tive que subir e descer três vezes para consertá-las. Por fim, perguntei especificamente se o quarto tem vista para o rio e a recepção disse que sim. Mas acordei e descobri que tinha vista para o estacionamento e para o campo de golfe. I se hospedaram no Westin Savannah Harbor para uma conferência. A localização do hotel está localizado em uma ponte do centro de Savannah. O benefício deste hotel é que você pode usar o transporte de barco para ir e voltar da River Street.Na primeira apresentação o hotel é bom, mas acho que poderia ser atualizado um pouco nos quartos pelo preço. A estadia ainda foi muito confortável e o atendimento aos hóspedes é muito bom. Tive uma estadia agradável.

I stayed at the Westin Savannah Harbor for a conference. The location of the hotel is located across a bridge from downtown Savannah. The benefit of this hotel is that you can a use the riverboat shuttle to go to and from River Street.At first presentation the hotel is nice, but I think it could possibly be updated a little in the rooms for the price. The stay was still very comfortable and guest service is very nice. I had a pleasant stay.

The hotel is great if you are into golf, but otherwise it is an average hotel to stay in if you're visiting Savannah. The hotel staff were friendly in general, but my hotel stay experience was disappointing. The hotel charges $33.90 resort fee which covers the pool, S'mores, fitness center, spa, etc. However, the fitness center is located in the club house, which closes at 9 PM and also takes a bit of walk/shuttle to get to. The hotel also charges $20 parking fee. There are plenty of parking spots and visitors to the hotel don't need to pay, so charging overnight guests an extra $20 is such a rip-off. The room keys also didn't work for various reasons, so I had to go up and down three times to get them fixed. Finally, I specifically asked if the room has the river view and the front desk said yes. But I woke up and found out it had a view of the parking lot and the golf course instead. Finally, we arrived at 10:55AM for breakfast and was told that they will be closing in 5 min and they almost turned me away. I insisted that their breakfast hours is 11AM so guests should be able to get seated before that. They finally let us in and the food was great, but I wished the dining experience was smoother.

My husband and I were so disappointed with our stay. We paid $750 for 2 nights in an outdated room with an odor, stains on the sheets and walls, and minimal amenities. The view of the river was nice, but it was blockedby a construction barge with a crane. We expected so much better, but you’re really just paying for the location and the brand. On the positive side, the few staff we interacted with were very pleasant and welcoming, and I appreciated that they were all wearing masks. But I definitely would not stay here again.

Nós ficamos por uma semana enquanto visitava Savannah e a área circundante. Excelente localização, junto ao Rio Savannah e à cidade. Reservamos uma estadia de duas noites em um quarto com vista para Savannah com duas camas queen size. Quando chegamos ao nosso quarto não havia vista de Savannah e apenas uma cama queen-size. O único esforço para nos acomodar foi rolar em uma cama de solteiro. Continuamos recebendo a mesma resposta dos funcionários do hotel, que foi “Desculpe reservar através de terceiros, não há nada que possamos fazer”. Decidimos sair e encontrar um novo hotel. Não foi uma experiência positiva ou que atendeu às nossas expectativas.

We booked a two night stay for a Savannah view room with two queen beds. When we got to our room there was no view of Savannah and only one queen bed. The only effort to accommodate us was to roll in a twin bed. We kept receiving the same response from hotel staff., which was “Sorry to booked through a third party, there is nothing we can do”. We decided to leave and find a new hotel. Not a positive experience or one that met our expectations.

We stayed for a week while visiting Savannah and the surrounding area. Great location, right on the Savannah River and the city. The included ferry wasn’t explained well, unfortunately so we missed out for the majority of our trip. The $20 per day in parking was unnecessary. They didn’t charge non-hotel guests for parking so why am I getting charged? The hotel amenities are nice but need improvement. The 4 elevators for such a large hotel during peak times was quite a wait. Room was clean and minimal problems with noise. A microwave in the room or complimentary breakfast would have made for an even better stay.
