“Le dieron un “llegue” a mi camioneta en el estacionamiento y se niegan a mostrarme las camaras para dar con el culpable. Tampoco quieren hacerse responsables.La gerente llamada Monica dijo que le daría seguimiento y solo se hacen locos, nunca me mostraron las grabaciones para dar con el responsable del daño.Mi seguro no me cubre los daños si el Hotel no muestra las grabaciones y no hay a quien responsabilizar. Muy mala atención de los empleados y la gerente.”

“The hotel itself was really nice and well kept. When I visited we asked for an extra bed. It was a convertible couch and it was quite awful. You just felt the hard springs and they didn't even put a full set of bedsheets, just the mattress cover and a very rough blanket.”
