Ótima localização. Belo cenário. A equipe é tão legal que é quase impossível dizer o suficiente sobre o quão bom eles são! A única razão pela qual recebe 4 estrelas em vez de 5 é porque alguns dos acessórios e móveis estão um pouco abaixo dos calcanhares e isso não é muito apropriado. Tempo para um pouco de atualização. Meu chuveiro do banheiro era gigante e chique, mas eu não conseguia acertar a água o suficiente, não importa o quanto eu brincasse com a configuração de temperatura Grohe

Great location. Beautiful setting. Staff is SO nice that it's almost impossible to say enough about how great they are! Only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because some of the fixtures and furnishings are looking a bit down at the heels and that's not quite appropriate. Time for a bit of a refresh. My bathroom shower was giant and fancy but I couldn't get the water quite hit enough no matter how much I fiddled with that Grohe temp setting

We love the Claremont Club and all it has to offer. The kids club is AMAZING. The gym and it's employees are all friendly and helpful. Great tennis courts and amenities around the club. The pools are a no brainer and the swimming coaches are outstanding. The lifeguards attentiveness while kids are the pool could be better but overall the CC is a 10

A very classic hotel. The rooms have been upgraded throughout the years but still in some cases show the architecture of the early construction. There's an extensive exercise, swimming, tennis and more facilities. It is definitely worth a visit if for nothing more but to bring back the time of the grand old hotel.

Eu tive uma experiência realmente horrível. O quarto custou mais de US$ 800 e houve apenas um problema após o outro. O pior foi que houve uma espera de 3 horas para conseguir um berço, que foi montado de forma que dobrasse no meio da noite e quase matasse meu bebê. Eu estava ligando para o atendimento ao cliente por horas e, quando eles finalmente atenderam, disseram "oh, desculpe, estávamos ocupados". Ocupado à meia-noite? Isso é uma mentira ridícula, eles simplesmente não tinham ninguém na mesa. Mais tarde, a mulher da recepção não tinha ideia de nenhum dos eventos que estavam acontecendo. Meu marido deixou o telefone na piscina e eles se recusaram a deixá-lo de volta depois que a área da piscina fechou. Ele literalmente não tinha telefone a noite toda até eu entrar e negociar com eles pela manhã. Em seguida, a arrumação veio às 7 da manhã e bateu forte na porta por uns 5 minutos. O despertador que definitivamente não precisávamos. Posso dizer sem sombra de dúvidas que este foi um dos piores hotéis que já estive na minha vida.

I had a truly horrific experience. The room cost more than $800 and there was just one issue after another. The worst was that there was a 3 hour wait to get a crib, which was set up so that it folded halfway through the night and almost killed my baby. I was calling customer service for hours and when they finally answered they said “oh sorry, we were busy.” Busy at midnight? That’s a ridiculous lie, they just didn’t have any manning the desk. Later on, the woman at the front desk had no idea about any of the events going on. My husband left his phone at the pool and then they refused to let him get it back after the pool area closed. He literally didn’t have a phone all night long until I went in and negotiated with them in the morning. Then housekeeping came by at 7 am and knocked loudly on the door for like 5 minutes. The wake up call we definitely didn’t need. I can say without a doubt that this was one of the worst hotels I’ve been to in my life.

Very nice hotel in Berkley hills. Hard to walk around and nothing free. You pay for parking and pretty much anything else. Plus it’s already pricey hotel.

Well up kept place and clean as kinda of remind me of Hotel Coronado without beach. As it would be nice if Clairemont Hotel was on the Bay of the waterfront on how much more popular it would by the Bay. As never been inside the place at all and not sure what restaurants they have in their for high scale taste of food. As very nice and clean.

Quarto cheirava como úmido. Serviços de spa muito limitados. E jacuzzi estava lotado, bem como Piscina. Não me senti seguro para usar tanto pelo dinheiro gasto no quarto. O menu de jantar no quarto era meh e senti que o sabonete e o xampu haviam sido usados antes. Eu estava lá apenas um dia, então não reclamei, mas definitivamente melhores opções não tão caras.

Just spent a few nights here with my wife and daughter. The location and amenities are outstanding…restaurant balcony with a spectacular view of the bay, solid gym and 2 excellent 25 yds pools for laps and lounging. My only disappointment is their customer service…they give no preferential treatment to hotel guests…eg the restaurant was completely booked up for dinner a couple days before we arrived and the pool is overcrowded on the weekends with local families that belong to the pool club. I wish I could have given it a 5 star review.

Room smelled as humid.Spa services very limited. And jacuzzi was packed as well as Pool.Did not feel safe to use either for the money spent on the room.In room dining menu was meh and I felt the soap and shampoo had been used before.I was only there one day so I didn’t complain but definitely better options not so priced.

Bonito quarto? Verificar. Serviço de manobrista? Não. Para o preço (pago mais de US$ 450/noite CADA para 2 quartos), esperávamos um pouco mais. Uma garrafa de água? De jeito nenhum! Pessoal? Poderia ser melhor! Definitivamente NÃO é um hotel 5 estrelas. Decepcionado.

Nice room? Check. Valet service? No. For the price (paid over $450/night EACH for 2 rooms), we expected a little more. A bottle water? No way! Staffing? Could be better! Definitely NOT a 5-star hotel. Disappointed.

I'm rating this place as 1 star because I live nearby, and wanted to see whether the club was worth visiting. Looking over the other 1 star reviews I was appalled to read one of the responses to a reviewers' account of discriminatory behaviour by the club towards paying guests. While all previous negative reviews begin with a thank you or "dear" from club management, this reply from the club began curtly with Ms. I also noticed that while other negative reviews recieved apologies, this review was not treated in the same way. This indicates the veracity of the complainant's account regarding discriminatory treatment, and as a result I will not be visiting the club any time soon. I have no interest in giving patronage to such establishments. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Fomos verificar o display Candyland conforme anunciado publicamente. Minha esposa grávida de 7 meses e meu filho de 3 anos tiveram que usar o banheiro depois de dirigir cerca de uma hora para me visitar. Disseram-lhes que os banheiros eram "somente para hóspedes".Claremont - como diabos você pode ter uma exibição pública como esta e não oferecer quaisquer facilidades? Muito menos para alguém que está grávida e com uma criança pequena? Fiquei chocado ao ouvir isso.E não, por favor, não tente usar a Covid como desculpa. Este foi um dia chuvoso com muito poucos visitantes (menos de 10 pessoas estavam lá no momento) e muito poucos hóspedes. Todos estavam usando máscaras e socialmente distantes.Esta é simplesmente uma política arcaica e sem sentido que você tem e é absolutamente chocante. Banheiros são um direito básico, especialmente se você está anunciando uma exibição pública para visitar.Todos vocês deveriam ter vergonha de si mesmos. Período.

We went to check out the Candyland display as publicly advertised. My 7-month pregnant wife and 3-yr old had to use the restroom after driving about an hour to visit. They were told that restrooms were "for guests only."Claremont - how on earth can you have a public display like this and not offer any facilities? Let alone to someone who is pregnant and there with a toddler? I was shocked to hear this.And no, please don't try to use Covid as an excuse. This was a rainy day with very few visitors (less than 10 people were there at the time) and very few staying guests. Everyone was wearing masks and socially distant.This is simply a nonsensical, archaic policy you have and is absolutely shocking. Restrooms are a basic right, especially if you're advertising a public display to visit.You all should be embarrassed of yourselves. Period.

Great view , good food... However when you spend 40k at a place and then you and your new bride enter the biggest suite on the property, you expect to not have to worry about sharp nails sticking out of furniture. Ripped a custom made couture wedding dress. Can't replace that for any price 😔.( Response to owner) - in full disclosure I was refunded $4000.. but like I said you can't replace a dress that was worn on your wedding day . The exact date was 3/28/15 , you should definitely have a record of the stay, and refund given. I originally had many more issues with this and voiced them on Yelp... Your company had it removed by filing a complaint and demanding documents proving I was there... Once more showing that you guys will go through great lengths to keep your name clean, it's a nice hotel... That being said it's also over a hundred years old and your staff no matter how good are not perfect. Many mistakes are made, just wish you would own them instead of trying to cover it up.

Simply a beautiful property from the building to the trees to the people. The burger/fries and oysters were wonderful. The view is unforgettable at sunset. We were even lucky enough to have the house saber a bottle of champagne for us enjoying the outdoors. Thanks for providing such a great experience

Este é um hotel icônico e pitoresco logo atrás da UC Berkeley. Há muito o que fazer nesta área e muita comida boa por perto. Quando você chega, eles lhe dão um kit de boas-vindas que inclui desinfetante para as mãos, máscaras descartáveis e lenços de papel. O banheiro dentro do hotel era absolutamente incrível, com uma bela banheira e espelhos lindos. É um hotel antigo, mas os quartos são modernos e limpos.

This is an iconic and quaint hotel right behind UC Berkeley. There’s plenty to do in this area and there’s so much good food around. When you arrive, they give you a welcome kit that includes hand sanitizer, disposable masks, and tissue. The bathroom inside the hotel was absolutely amazing with a beautiful bathtub and gorgeous mirrors. It is an old hotel, but the rooms are modern and clean.

Classy, posh robes,comfortable beds, marble shower,a lot of detail goes into the room. Just to make you feel like staying another night. Staff are very attentive to your needs. The bay views from the room are just beautiful.

In loooove. Could live here forever. Spent a few days escaping the heat and smoke and just kept extending my stay cuz I didn’t want to leave(even tho I live 10 minutes away). The property is gorgeous, the staff is beyond friendly and over the top helpful despite the craziness of covid. The cafe staff were sooooo sweet every morning! Food in the cafe and limewood are all great! Limewood servers were also the sweetest and everyone just genuinely seemed happy to be there and be working(they’d reopened a week before I arrived). I loooooved the extra security measures and it felt like they actually took things seriously unlike the other luxury properties I’ve stayed at recently. Temp checks for ALL guests, guests must be met by me in the lobby, no delivery people inside, etc I ended up having to switch rooms for my perfect bath tub gem of a room cuz the AC units out on the roof were screeching and I couldn’t sleep. The staff did a great job finding me a perfect room to switch to even though it’s kind of a pain given the covid rules on room holds. Thanks guys! Everything was so perfect! Can’t wait for my next staycation here!

Un bonito y relajante lugar para pasar el día darse un baño, hacer ejercicio o simplemente relajarse y leer en el ambiente. Ahora en verano suele haber muchos niños en fin de semana pero no hay demasiado jaleo.

Spent 4 days at the Claremont for work. The hotel is well maintained and the rooms were clean and well tended to. There were a few annoyances, such as the AC which is very noisy and blows directly...

It was beautiful and just what I needed. My welcome was inviting. The room was wonderful. Pillows were soft. Sheer class. I've been visiting for years. First time I've stayed. It was nostalgic for me.

This Fairmont property has several bars and all resort amenities. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets lovely. The view cannot be beaten. Not really walking distance to shops or restaurants...
