“I was extremely disappointed in this hotel!
If I could give a negative star I would. I am a diamond member and have stayed at Hampton Inn numerous times. Never have I stayed at one in this condition. Was not offered water or anything. I had to ask.
In summary:
1) Rooms are extremely small, old, and dirty. My college dorm room was larger than this.
2) Clean bath towels were an issue, they were out of clean towels everyday. Sheets were thin and worn out.
3) Bathroom sink would not drain
4) The gentleman at the desk that worked the night shift was rude and condescending.
5) Our door handle had been kicked in or something and never replaced.
6) The coffee this morning was cold and the front desk worker actually just looked at the me and said … yea it is old, It is last nights coffee. Then smirked. Apparently he was too lazy to prepare a fresh hot pot of coffee for the morning guest.

On a good note, It is an easy walk to Grand Central Station and there is a pizza place close that sells great pizza by the slice!”

“Kaina at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast looked decent, although I didn’t get to try it myself there was good seating area and seemed like people were enjoying it. We had lots of fun in New York and coming back to rest here was honestly great. The grand central subway was like 2 blocks down so that was very convenient. I would definitely recommend and I’ll be going back soon!”
