“Rooms no better than a renovated Comfort Inn. For $250/night and being booked to capacity, you'd expect towels that are better than a Motel 6's. Was shocked they used the cheapest towels possible in their rooms. Feels like exfoliating my skin toweling off. Restaurant has very few food choices and overpriced, but that's expected at a Hilton I guess. Don't appreciate having to request my room serviced for $250/night. My gosh covid was the best thing ever long-term for hotels. No need to rehire 40% of your staff now that you have to request your room to be serviced. No indoor pool. My housekeeper didn't speak English and had to go find a housekeeper that did when I had a question. Maybe that's normal for the south, though. In-room coffee stocked well and better than average. Snack deli with drinks open 24/7 and surprisingly not exorbitant except for alcohol which was a pleasant surprise. Prepare to pay $30 for a bottle of cheap wine but at least you have the option so can't complain I guess. If you're buying wine from a hotel lobby, quality and value are probably not your priority anyway. Lobby is nice and inviting with many cubbies to do work or chat. Hotel shuttle available but be sure to ask the times it makes trips because they weren't on the hour and half hour like I expected. Beds were okay but not as good as a Holiday Inn's. Good lighting options in the room. I don't watch television but was surprised how small the TVs in the rooms were. Even cheap hotels frequently have larger televisions. All in all, not a bad hotel but I don't feel like you're getting what you pay for here. Stay at a renovated Comfort Inn for 2/3 the price and you're only losing a convenient restaurant/bar for the most part.”

“Nice clean rooms, quick check in and the reception people were polite. Close to the airport, I belive they provide shuttle to the airport. The is a safe and a little fridge in the room. There are 2 bottle waters in the rooms that are $3 if opened. I'm not a fan of that, they should be complimentary or $1.They have a small store in the lobby, that sell drinks snacks and coffee. A little pricey but it's expected in a hotel. Over a good hotel to stay at.”
