“First time I book was back in July. Elevator was broken and took me 30-40 min wait from the top to the bottom of first floor. I was pretty upset because I was with my whole family. I then decide to give them another chance and rebook a stay. I booked a month ahead and today I was told that I needed to wait for room services to clean my room. I booked a king size room. I waited for a hour and still nothing. I was told if i wanted to change my room to a room with 2 queen bed which it wasnt even available also. I told them I'll come back hoping by then the room will be cleaned and came back a hour later and now being told they are over booked and I can no longer get a room. Why wasn't I told ahead of time? Never coming back. I gave them a second chance and they lost it. I'm so angry they could of told me when I was there that they are booked.”

“This is by far one of my favorite places to stay now. I attend meetings at the Capitol and take my children to Minnesota Wild games so we stay in St Paul. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and so clean! The staff is very friendly and it's close to everything.”
