“This gave us the perfect all-inclusive resort vacation. Food and drinks were top-notch. Like most resorts in the area, the usable beach area was small but the pools are spacious and offer a great view. The resort was not at all busy, which was great. The spa is incredible as well. Very close to many cenotes and a short cab ride away from the main Tulum Ruins. The only downside is that transportation to/from the airport is pricey.”

“Hotel is beautiful staff is amazing food is delicious even had vegan menus for every restaurant. However if you’re looking to have fun this is not the place there’s no music no dancing nothing for adults to do like sometimes you wanna relax but sometimes you also wanna have fun and there is no space to do that. At night there’s just a whole bunch of drunk people sitting in the lobby because nobody knows what to do after drinking all day because there’s no parties for adults no games they don’t play music at the pool.
I’ve been to Mexico multiple times and each time there was at least one for you can go to if you wanted to party and there was like dancing and activities for adults to do and if you wanted to relax you can go to another pool if you had kids you can go to another cold but here it’s literally just eat drink and sit.”
