“I don’t know how anyone gave this place good reviews. I feel like they must have been rating a different hotel. There was mold all over the shower, walls, and sink. You couldn’t lift your arms in the shower without hitting the ceiling. My husband is only 5”10. I don’t know how a taller person could have even taken a shower in there. The TV didn’t work in our room. They only clean the room every 4 days. Pool deck is old and has NO Tropical feel at all. Water was cold. Jacuzzi was small and was always full at night. On a positive note, staff was friendly and it’s in a good location. It has the feel of a very cheap hotel.”

“El gerente fue agradable. Sin embargo, las señoras de la recepción no fueron de ayuda. Fuimos puestos en cuarentena debido a este sistema defectuoso. Y las señoras de la recepción nos trataron como criminales. Envío de seguridad para escoltar la comida, lo que implica una situación de albergue. Esto fue hecho por un solo miembro del personal. Las otras veces que pedimos comida cuando esa persona no estaba trabajando, no enviaron seguridad. Sin mencionar que comencé mi ciclo menstrual inesperadamente y no tenía ningún producto femenino conmigo. Llamé a la recepción (porque no nos permitían salir de nuestra habitación) y les pregunté si tenían algo que pudiera comprar o si podía pagarle a alguien para que los recogiera, así como por el producto. Ella se negó a enviar a alguien o ayudarme de todos modos.
