We stayed here for 5 days over the holidays. Booked a high floor ocean facing room. There were several annoyances, which I mention below, but the view and location make it worth it. Our room was spacious enough for the two of us, but would have felt tight for more people. It was pretty quiet. We occasionally heard people in the hall and above or next to us, but had no problems sleeping. We heard street noise from 19 floors up, so that is probably loud on lower floors. It was a super convenient location with a quick walk to everything we needed. Our AC worked fine, but the room smelled very moldy and the AC didn’t dehumidify, so we had to turn it way down to sleep at night and we always felt sticky. This is a large and busy hotel, but they have a tiny gym. It should be 4x as large. Parking is valet only and I think $48 per day. The pool water looked hazy and gross; not refreshing at all, so we didn’t even go in. The hallway carpet was filthy and didn’t looked like it was vacuumed during our whole stay. We only ate at the on-site restaurant once, but is was surprisingly good and fresh. All of the service staff that we interacted with were friendly and helpful, but there was always a line/wait at the front desk and valet.

This hotel is definitely ok. The views on the upper levels can be nice but the pool and spa are both very basic. The bathroom was clean but the shower had mold spots on the wall. Overall this hotel is a solid four stars but is definitely not a luxury spa. Watch out for parking costs which are $45 a day. The location is great for walking around the tourist area of Waikiki and easily accessible to ask the beaches

I don’t know how anyone gave this place good reviews. I feel like they must have been rating a different hotel. There was mold all over the shower, walls, and sink. You couldn’t lift your arms in the shower without hitting the ceiling. My husband is only 5”10. I don’t know how a taller person could have even taken a shower in there. The TV didn’t work in our room. They only clean the room every 4 days. Pool deck is old and has NO Tropical feel at all. Water was cold. Jacuzzi was small and was always full at night. On a positive note, staff was friendly and it’s in a good location. It has the feel of a very cheap hotel.

A little dated with its decor and presentation. But that is only a minor detail. Compared to the larger Hilton Hawaiian Village this is a lot less hectic and more relaxed. Our room was a deluxe king room w mountain views and was spacious well appointed and comfortable. The other side has views of Waikiki beach which is only a block away. One pool one restaurant and one bar seemed to be sufficient for the amount of guests here during our stay probably because there's plenty of options as soon as you step out of the front door. The concierge desk ably handled all of our activities and there were no disappointments. The only negative was that being so close to the beach you only receive access to one complimentary beach item per room, for a major chain like the Hilton you should receive daily access for the duration of your stay.

After reading a view reviews I was a little iffy. But nice open lobby. Loved that you needed your key card to get up to your rooms. Made it feel safe. Staff helpful and pleasant when needed. Room looked like the pictures. The view of the beach was amazing to wake up to. If you have the extra money the view is well worth it. Bed comfortable. Stay was coo, we would stay here again. Close walk to beach and everything.

A uma quadra da praia de Waikiki, tem 37 andares de quartos de frente para o mar, então quase todos têm vista, exceto talvez os andares inferiores. Lindo lobby com bar, restaurante, concierge, manobrista e piscina no 10º andar. One block from Waikiki beach, it has 37 stories of rooms facing the ocean so almost all have a view except perhaps the lower floors.Beautiful lobby, with a bar, a restaurant, concierge, valet parking, and a pool on the 10th floor.However due to Covid the pool bar is not currently open, although the pool ís and the lobby bar will let you take drinks to the pool on the 10th floor.

A equipe foi legal, eu gosto do layout do banheiro, a piscina era bem menor do que parecia online, pagando US $ 39 por manobrista sem opção de estacionamento sem manobrista durante o covid. A vista para a montanha era incrível com o belo pátio e cama confortável.

Staff was nice, I like the bathroom layout, the pool was way smaller than it looked online , paying $39 for valet with no self parking option during covid was concerning.The mountain view was amazing with the nice patio and comfortable bed.

Hilton Waikiki Beach é um ótimo hotel para o valor e preço. É limpo e todos são muito simpáticos. É muito perto das avenidas principais com todos os restaurantes e bares, mas longe o suficiente para ser um pouco mais tranquilo. O nosso quarto tinha uma varanda que foi incrível para se sentar e observar a vista. O quarto era espaçoso e tinha um bom banheiro. A piscina é boa e tem uma boa quantidade de espreguiçadeiras e cabanas. A água é limpa e quente. O MAC 24/7 (restaurante embaixo) é bom e a comida é de boa qualidade. A situação das toalhas de praia é excelente. As toalhas são microchipadas e possuem toalheiros e você pega o que precisa e devolve no final do dia. No geral, este hotel fez a nossa estadia o mais agradável possível.

Hilton Waikiki Beach es un gran hotel por su valor y precio. Está limpio y todo el mundo es muy amable. Está muy cerca de las avenidas principales con todos los restaurantes y bares, pero lo suficientemente lejos para estar un poco más tranquilo. Nuestra habitación tenía una terraza que era increíble para sentarse y contemplar la vista. La habitación era espaciosa y tenía un buen baño. La piscina es bonita y tiene una buena cantidad de tumbonas y cabañas. El agua está limpia y tibia. MAC 24/7 (restaurante en la planta baja) es bueno y la comida es de buena calidad. La situación de las toallas de playa es excelente. Las toallas tienen microchip y tienen estaciones de toallas y usted toma lo que necesita y las devuelve al final del día. En general, este hotel hizo que nuestra estancia fuera agradable.

Hilton Waikiki Beach is a great hotel for the value and price. It is clean and everyone is very friendly. It is very close to the main strips with all the restaurants and bars, but just far enough away to be a little more quiet. Our room had a lanai which was awesome for sitting out and watching the view. The room was spacious and had a good bathroom. The pool is nice and has a good amount of loungers and cabanas. Water is clean and warm. MAC 24/7 (restaurant downstairs) is good and food is good quality. The beach towel situation is excellent. The towels are microchipped and they have towel stations and you take what you need and return them at the end of the day. Overall this hotel made our stay a pleasant one.

Eu classificaria 5/5, embora só tenha passado menos da metade da minha jornada aqui. A equipe é muito simpática e prestativa, especialmente durante o COVID-19, ajudando na entrega de porta em porta. O gerente era bom. No entanto, as senhoras da recepção não foram nenhuma ajuda. Fomos colocados em quarentena devido a este sistema defeituoso. E as senhoras da recepção nos tratavam como criminosos. Envio de segurança para escoltar a comida, implicando em situação de albergue. Isso foi feito por apenas um membro individual da equipe. As outras vezes que pedíamos comida quando aquela pessoa não estava trabalhando, eles não mandaram segurança. Sem falar que comecei meu ciclo menstrual inesperadamente e não tinha nenhum produto feminino comigo. Liguei para a recepção (porque não tínhamos permissão para sair do nosso quarto) e perguntei se eles tinham algum que eu pudesse comprar ou se eu poderia pagar alguém para ir buscá-los, bem como para o produto. Ela se recusou a enviar alguém ou me ajudar de qualquer maneira. Disse que ela não pode mandar ninguém, eu não posso ir buscá-los, e eles não fornecem no hotel.Estas são apenas algumas das razões pelas quais não recomendo este lugar! Eles eram pouco profissionais. Exceto que o gerente foi legal, quando eu realmente consegui falar com ele.

El gerente fue agradable. Sin embargo, las señoras de la recepción no fueron de ayuda. Fuimos puestos en cuarentena debido a este sistema defectuoso. Muy buen hotel. Tenía un piso alto, tan buena vista del agua entre edificios. Absolutamente fantástico servicio de desayuno / habitación con huevos y fruta fresca increíbles. Era una habitación cómoda y fácil de llegar a otras atracciones.

Calificaría 5/5, aunque solo he pasado menos de la mitad de mi viaje aquí. El personal es muy amable y servicial, especialmente durante los tiempos de COVID-19, ayudando a entregar puerta a puerta. La instalación es excelente y la habitación está limpia. Una cosa que podrían mejorar es proporcionar algunos vasos de vidrio para los clientes. Y la vista está un poco bloqueada por un edificio, pero en general está bien. Incluso en el piso 12, la vista sigue siendo espectacular. Asegúrese de reservar una habitación en el piso superior, sugiero más de 20.

The manager was nice. However the ladies at the front desk were no help. We were quarantined due to this flawed system. And the ladies at the front desk treated us like criminals. Sending security to escort the food, implying a hostel situation. This was done by only one individual staff members. The other times we ordered food when that person wasn’t working, they did not send security. Not to mention I started my menstrual cycle unexpected and did not have any feminine products with me. I called the front desk (because we were not allowed to leave our room) and ask if they had any I could purchase or if I could pay someone to go get them as well as for the product. She refused to send someone, or help me in anyway. Said she can’t send anyone, I can’t go get them, and they do not supply them in the hotel.These are just some of the reasons I do not recommend this place!They were unprofessional. Except the manager was nice, when I could actually get ahold of him.

I’d rate 5/5 although I have only spent less than half of my journey here. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially during COVID-19 times, helping delivering door to door. The facility is great and room is clean. One thing they could improve is to provide some glass cups for customers. And the view is a little blocked by a building but generally okay. Even at just floor 12 the view is still spectacular. Be sure to book a higher floor room, over 20 I suggest.
