“Kate at the front desk is so nice. I called the hotel from the airport because I couldn't find the shuttle. She explained the shuttle was down and sent me a free Lyft. That was a nice perk.
Breakfast was tasty. Plenty of options.
Rooms were so so. Clean and big but lacked lighting in my opinion. The bathroom has no exhaust fan and I hate that. Also 2 of our towels felt wet as if the housekeeper rolled them up still damp or something.
Overall, it was fine and I'd stay here again if I was in town for a cruise.”

“Quando demoram mais de 4 horas para consertar o alarme de fumaça no seu quarto e Maggie na recepção toma uma atitude comigo por reclamar às 4 horas. O homem que finalmente veio consertar disse que havia colocado uma nova bateria nele antes, mas ele não esperou o minuto para ver se o problema foi corrigido. Escolheu este local pela proximidade com o Aeroporto BWI. Tinha que acordar às 3:30 e não conseguia dormir em uma hora decente devido ao alarme de fumaça. O céu proíbe que eles lhe ofereçam um quarto diferente ou uma atitude melhor.”
