Paguei extra para ter lanches e bebidas no meu quarto, mas "devido ao covid" em setembro de 2022, fomos obrigados a cavar uma cesta e uma tigela no saguão para encontrar um lanche... a única opção para a água era uma foto da comunidade de água morna da torneira... A atendente da recepção tinha uma máscara sobre a boca (não o nariz) tão apertada que eu não conseguia entender o que ela estava dizendo. O café da manhã não é cortesia, mas custa mais do que um restaurante local. A mulher que limpa o chão serve perfeitamente o café da manhã assim que coloca a vassoura na cozinha. As camas são extremamente duras. Os travesseiros lisos. Apenas 2 tomadas funcionavam no quarto desatualizado. Minha sugestão seria ficar em outro lugar. A equipe é extremamente rude ou muito perto de retardado mental. (Respeitosamente) ... a equipe durante a noite pode ter sido menosprezada. Tentei fazer uma pergunta a ele e não tinha certeza se ele estava usando drogas.

A recepção pessoal foram excelentes, mas tivemos alguns problemas. A primeira coisa foi um ruído estridente estridente vindo do elevador (estávamos no quarto ao lado). Chamado para obter uma mudança de quarto, eles acomodaram muito bem. O problema foi que, quando estávamos saindo do nosso antigo quarto para ir para o nosso novo quarto, encontramos outro hóspede que havia acabado de receber nosso quarto ... depois de passarmos algumas horas lá. Eu estou supondo que eles descobriram isso e que foi um acidente, mas foi um pouco desanimador. No nosso quarto ao lado, havia alguns cabelos deixados para trás no banheiro. E depois de correr a água por mais de 10 minutos, a água nunca ficou quente / morna, apenas gelada. Mais uma vez, a equipe da recepção foi muito gentil e prestativa, mas houve algumas coisas que apenas adicionaram para nós. Sou grato pela pessoa da recepção, Maggie, pois ela foi muito gentil e prestativa.

La gente de recepción era genial, pero tuvimos algunos problemas. Lo primero fue un chirrido agudo proveniente del ascensor (estábamos en la habitación de al lado). Llamaron para cambiar de habitación, se acomodaron muy bien. La cosa fue que, cuando salíamos de nuestra antigua habitación para ir a nuestra nueva habitación, nos encontramos con otro huésped al que le acababan de dar nuestra habitación... después de haber estado allí durante unas horas. Supongo que lo entendieron y que fue un accidente, pero fue un poco desagradable. En nuestra habitación de al lado, quedaron algunos pelos en el baño. Y después de correr el agua durante más de 10 minutos, el agua nunca se calentó/tibia, solo se enfrió. Una vez más, el personal de recepción fue muy amable y servicial, pero hubo algunas cosas desagradables que se sumaron para nosotros. Estoy agradecido por la recepcionista, Maggie, ya que fue muy amable y servicial.

The front desk folks were great, but we had a few problems. First thing was a high pitched squeaking noise coming from the elevator (we were in the room next to it). Called to get a room change, they accommodated that great. The thing was, as we were leaving our old room to go to our new room, we ran into another guest that had just been given our room… after we’d been in there for a few hours. I’m assuming they got that figured out and that it was an accident, but it was a little off putting. In our next room, there were some hairs left behind in the bathroom. And after running the water for 10+ minutes, the water never got hot/warm, just freezing cold. Again, the front desk staff were very kind and as helpful as they could be, but there were a few off putting things that just added up for us. I’m thankful for the front desk person, Maggie, as she was very kind and helpful.

I paid extra to have snacks and drinks in my room but "due to covid" in September 2022 we were required to dig in a basket and a bowl in the lobby to find a snack... make that make sense..... the only option for water was a community picture of warm tap water... make that make covid sense. The front desk attendant had a mask over her mouth (not nose) so tight I could not understand what she was saying. The breakfast is not complimentary, but costs more than a local restaurant. The woman mopping the floors seamlessly serves breakfast as soon as she sets the broom down in the kitchen. The beds are extremely hard. The pillows flat. Only 2 outlets worked in the outdated room. My suggestion would be to stay somewhere else. The staff is extremely rude or very close to mentally retarded. (Respectfully)... the over night staff may have been slighted. I tried to ask him a question and was not sure if he was on drugs.

Kate na recepção é tão legal. Liguei para o hotel do aeroporto porque não consegui encontrar o transporte. Ela explicou que o ônibus estava desligado e me enviou um Lyft grátis. Isso foi um bom privilégio.O café da manhã era gostoso. Muitas opções.Os quartos eram tão. Limpo e grande, mas faltava iluminação na minha opinião. O banheiro não tem exaustor e eu odeio isso. Também 2 de nossas toalhas pareciam molhadas, como se a governanta as enrolasse ainda úmidas ou algo assim.No geral, foi bom e eu ficaria aqui novamente se eu estivesse na cidade para um cruzeiro.

Não há ofurô à beira da piscina. Sem geladeira nos quartos. É melhor ficar no Hilton Garden Inn, a menos que tenha uma queda por ser excluído do andar VIP. Agradável e limpo, mas... nah, a menos que você esteja aqui para um evento.

Se Hospedaram neste local por uma noite. Gostei do layout do quarto e suas outras instalações, mas fiquei muito decepcionado que o nosso quarto não foi preparado adequadamente. Fizemos o check-in à noite, viajando para fora do estado, apenas para descobrir que não havia nenhum tipo de toalha disponível no quarto. Também ficamos surpresos ao descobrir que não tínhamos uma cortina de chuveiro. Eu normalmente gosto de Hiltons, mas não tenho certeza se voltaria a este.

Se hospedaram no hotel muitas vezes ao viajar para Baltimore. Eu sempre gostei da equipe aqui, mas fiquei agradavelmente encantado com o novo chef e a equipe que saíram para garantir que eu estivesse satisfeito com a refeição, não uma, mas três noites seguidas! Obrigado pelo serviço incrível!

Kate en la recepción es muy agradable. Llamé al hotel desde el aeropuerto porque no pude encontrar el servicio de transporte. Me explicó que el servicio de transporte no funcionaba y me envió un Lyft gratis. Esa fue una buena ventaja.El desayuno era sabroso. Un montón de opciones.Las habitaciones eran regulares. Limpio y grande pero le faltaba iluminación en mi opinión. El baño no tiene extractor de aire y eso lo odio. También 2 de nuestras toallas se sentían mojadas como si el ama de llaves las enrollara todavía húmedas o algo así.En general, estuvo bien y me quedaría aquí de nuevo si estuviera en la ciudad para un crucero.

No hot tub by the pool. No refrigerator in the rooms. You are better off staying at the Hilton Garden Inn unless you have a thing for being excluded from the VIP floor. Nice looking and clean but...nah unless you are here for an event.

Kate at the front desk is so nice. I called the hotel from the airport because I couldn't find the shuttle. She explained the shuttle was down and sent me a free Lyft. That was a nice perk. Breakfast was tasty. Plenty of options. Rooms were so so. Clean and big but lacked lighting in my opinion. The bathroom has no exhaust fan and I hate that. Also 2 of our towels felt wet as if the housekeeper rolled them up still damp or something. Overall, it was fine and I'd stay here again if I was in town for a cruise.

Stayed at this location for one night. Enjoyed the layout of the room and their other facilities but was very disappointed that our room was not prepared properly. We checked in at night from traveling out of state just to find that there weren’t any type of towels available in the room. We were also surprise to find that we did not have a shower curtain..so our immediate shower after traveling was definitely interrupted. I typically like Hiltons but I’m not sure if I would return to this one.

Good clean place. Internet is not that strong in corner room's fyi. Staff was nice and very helpful. Rooms seam to be quiet and newer style. Always seamed to be busy and parking was a bear sometimes normally about 4 to 7pm. But overal nice to stay for awhile. There are some good places to eat close.

Quando demoram mais de 4 horas para consertar o alarme de fumaça no seu quarto e Maggie na recepção toma uma atitude comigo por reclamar às 4 horas. O homem que finalmente veio consertar disse que havia colocado uma nova bateria nele antes, mas ele não esperou o minuto para ver se o problema foi corrigido. Escolheu este local pela proximidade com o Aeroporto BWI. Tinha que acordar às 3:30 e não conseguia dormir em uma hora decente devido ao alarme de fumaça. O céu proíbe que eles lhe ofereçam um quarto diferente ou uma atitude melhor.

When it takes them over 4 hours to fix the beeping smoke alarm in your room and Maggie at the front desk gets an attitude with me for complaining at hr 4. The man that finally came to fix it said he had put a new battery in it earlier yet he didn't wait the minute to see if the problem was fixed. Picked this location for proximity to BWI Airport. Had to be up at 3:30 and couldn't get to bed at a decent hour due to the smoke alarm. Heaven forbid they'd offer you a differ room or a better attitude.

Reservamos este hotel no final de fevereiro pelo Booking.com e, quando chegamos, nosso quarto de alguma forma foi cancelado por eles. Depois de um telefonema para Booking.com e permanecendo em espera por uma hora, eu ainda não tinha um quarto. Por qualquer motivo, eles não foram capazes de resolver seu erro. Eventualmente, eles simplesmente desligaram na minha cara. Minha família inteira reservou este hotel e meu marido e eu estávamos no lobby sem quarto. Pudemos juntar nossos outros membros da família e aproveitar a nossa estadia!!! Também se o serviço na área de jantar do lobby de manhã e à noite. Muito simpática e acolhedora. Obrigado!!!

Reservamos este hotel a fines de febrero a través de Booking. com y cuando llegamos, nuestra habitación de alguna manera fue cancelada por ellos. Después de una llamada telefónica a Booking.com y de permanecer en espera durante una hora, todavía no tenía una habitación. Por la razón que sea, no pudieron resolver su error. Finalmente, simplemente me colgaron. Toda mi familia reservó este hotel y mi esposo y yo estábamos en el vestíbulo sin habitación. Un agradecimiento especial a Erica, Brittany y Antonio que reconocieron nuestra frustración y pudieron conseguirnos una habitación. ¡Pudimos unirnos a nuestros otros miembros de la familia y disfrutar de nuestra estadía! También disfrutamos del servicio en el comedor del vestíbulo por la mañana y por la noche. Muy amable y servicial. ¡¡¡Gracias!!!

We booked this hotel at the end of February through Booking.com and when we arrived our room somehow was cancelled by them. After a phone call to Booking.com and remaining on hold for and hour, I still did not have a room. For whatever, reason they were not able to resolve their mistake. Eventually, they just hung up on me. My entire family booked this hotel and my husband and I were in the lobby with no room.. A special shout out to Erica, Brittany, and Antonio who recognized our frustration and were able to get us a room. We were able to join our other family members and enjoy our stay!!! We also enjoyed the service in the lobby dining area in the morning and the evening. Very friendly and accommodating. Thank you!!!
