I was a little worried about this hotel since so many of the reviews said it was old. However, despite it being a little dated, we had a great time here. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. We did have to move rooms a couple times because the AC was either leaking or wouldn't work. The room we finally ended up in was great. It had everything we needed. This property is huge, but we didn't mind since we could get our steps in everyday. Breakfast was pretty good, we enjoyed the pools, my husband liked the workout center, and dinner at Pointe of View was spectacular.

This is a VERY spendy resort. We used points and dollars and it probably was around $500+/night. I'll mention a few of the issues... 1. Rooms need updating and had a musty smell 2. Pool areas were way too crowded with kids 3. We were assigned a less than expected room location 4. Parking is bad due to geography 5. No microwave 6. Internet was poor. We got a booster to fix the issue 7. Did not tell us about food credit Hilton has since made amends for the shortcomings. I appreciate their loyalty and consideration and plan to stay at other Hilton properties....not this one unless I was traveling with a sports team or for a work function. It IS a nice location with nice surrounding views

I actually enjoyed every day I spent. I came for a conference and felt overwhelmed by the hills and spread out buildings. The service was excellent. I was made to feel secure in knowing I could get help anytime, and if I needed a ride all I had to do was make a quick call for a cart ride. The dining was extraordinary. The Point Of View had excellent food, although limited gluten free fare. The views and fresh air were fantastic. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

All the staff was so great! The rooms are old, and the resort is a little run down. Overall it was fine. There is a great little hike right across the street from the resort. It was too cold to go in the pools but they looked clean and nice! It's not super close to anything.

I rated this with one star because we needed to climb three flights of stairs (that were insufficiently lit at night) to reach our room with heavy luggage. This information was not shared at check in with us, and there were obviously other rooms available at the resort. The facilities are very dated on the inside and outside. The room was clean inside. There are loud heating units; however, the temperature was comfortable and easily adjustable. The golf course was well kept and enjoyable for my husband. We watched an employee of the resort using a car alarm to locate his vehicle while the noise sounded off in the early morning. After being asked to turn it off, he offered a hand gesture and immediately turned it on again before stopping it for good. We heard an identical horn for 12 minutes in the middle of the night before but can't be certain it was the employee. All in all, we would not stay again but may come back for the adjacent golf course. I hope the hotel can communicate better with guests about the accessibility issues of the rooms and broken elevators so they understand what is required to reach them---or provide proper assistance in transporting luggage up the staircases to avoid injuries to guests.

I Love Love Love this resort!!! Hilary at the front desk, made it so easy and comfortable for me to check in!! She is such a nice person, very professional and caring at the same time!!! She gets 10⭐️🌟 in customer service!!! I would highly recommend Hilton Point Tapatio!!! Great rooms, Great staff, and a Great experience overall💜

Nice Hotel with Beautiful views.I was in a room where the lobby was located.Backside of that bldg.Awesome mountain line in the background.No lazy river but still a good place to hangout and relax.1 medium slide.1 volleyball net.Awesome poolside movies(how often not sure).We watched the movie "Luka".I basketball rim.Hope it helps.Enjoy your stay.Drinks moderately priced👍.Ill be going back for sure.

My friends and I just got a day pass to enjoy the pool. The water was clean and had a good temperature we enjoyed ourselves a lot. It was nice since it was a Monday it wasn't too busy.Only reason for the 4 star is all the cabanas were empty so we sat in one and were asked to leave it pretty much immediately, seems silly for them all to have to sit empty but the real thing is all the regular chairs had bird poo on them. So I wish instead of paying people to keep people out of the cabanas they paid people to actually clean the chairs that weren't under the cabana and we wouldn't have tried to sit under one in the first place. 🤷🏻‍♀️We all agreed we would come back in the future regardless.

When we arrived and checked in the front desk staff was great. Braden was very helpful and kind. We had a great time by the pool. Being able to order poolside is the best! Unfortunately, one server was not very kind. When I asked if there was anything gluten free she said to me " I don't know. You know what you can eat." I have NEVER in 16 years of being gluten free, been told that! It was awful. She is the reason for the lower review. When I went to check out after our stay I was happy to see Braden again. He was SO kind. HE deserves 5+ stars. He was kind, professional, helpful and understanding. Thanks!

Fomos colocados no hotel por uma companhia aérea depois que eles cancelaram nosso voo. O hotel era limpo e as piscinas pareciam boas, mas a vibração e o design eram da década de 1970. Nós não pagar para ficar lá, mas a equipe foi muito simpática no hotel e dois restaurantes que visitamos e piscinas e área do parque aquático foram bem conservados. Parecia um bom lugar para famílias, mas não o nosso estilo.

As áreas da piscina foram surpreendentes, especialmente as Cataratas. Os jardins eram bonitos e bem cuidados com muitas flores desabrochando. Tivemos uma cabana privada (frigorífico, ventilador, misters, TV, sofá) que nos manteve bem legal no calor de 114 ° quando fora da piscina. As piscinas Falls foram serviço completo. Os garçons foram todos ótimos, assim como as bebidas. O nosso quarto (1 cama king size, 1bdrm) era um pouco menor do que esperávamos, mas era limpo e bem conservado e em frente à piscina familiar.

Eu precisava de um lugar para relaxar e me regenerar e encontrei aqui oh meu tão bom e perfeito. O quarto que eu peguei era ótimo, sim, o lugar parece ser do início dos anos 2000 ou anterior, mas se encaixa no lado da montanha com as encostas profundas é único. Eu realmente gostei da minha estadia aqui. Um pequeno mas divertido parque aquático, campo de golfe, sap e salão. Restaurante nas instalações que você tem que fazer uma reserva ou você pode sentar no bar ou taverna. Não tive a oportunidade de comer lá porque queria estar em uma mesa para que seja em outro momento. Mas no geral é um bom refúgio. Voltaria sem problemas e recomendaria a todos. O lugar tem algumas das vistas mais incríveis que você definitivamente vai gostar.

The pool areas were amazing, especially The Falls. The grounds were beautiful and well cared for with lots of blooming flowers. We had a private cabana (fridge, fan, misters, TV, couch) that kept us pretty cool in 114° heat when out of the pool. The Falls pools were full service. The waitstaff were all great as were the drinks. Our room (1 king, 1bdrm) was a bit smaller than we expected, but it was clean and well kept and right across from the family pool.

I needed a place to relax and regenerate and found it here oh my so nice and just right. The room that I got was great yes the place seems like it is from the early 2000’s or earlier but it fits the mountain side with the deep slopes is unique. I really enjoyed my stay here. A small but fun water park, golf course, sap and salon. Restaurant on the premises which you have to have a reservation or you could sit at the bar or tavern. Didn’t get a chance to eat there because I wanted to be at a table so that will be at another time. But overall this is a nice getaway. Would return with no problem and would recommend it to all. The place has some of the most incredible views that you will definitely enjoy.

Os quartos são sobre o que você esperaria para o preço. Amigável equipe sobrecarregada, eles parecem ter poucos funcionários como todos os outros e estão fazendo o melhor que podem. Ótimas piscinas, comida decente, entrega ao lado da piscina, então isso é legal. Ambiente descontraído divertido. Fica longe o suficiente de tudo para se sentir como se estivesse de férias longe de casa quando ainda está no vale. Recomendaria para quem procura uma escapadela rápida de fim de semana para um casal ou para uma família inteira!

Rooms are about what you'd expect for the price point. Friendly overworked staff, they appear to be short staffed just like everyone else and they're doing their best. Great pools, decent food, poolside delivery so that's cool. Fun relaxed atmosphere. It is just far enough away from everything to feel like you're on vacation away from home when you are still in the valley. Would recommend to anybody looking for a quick weekend getaway either for a couple or for a whole family!

Tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa ficar neste resort em março. A propriedade tem muito a oferecer: várias piscinas, academia, caminhadas, etc. O buffet de café da manhã tinha ótima seleção e comida de alta qualidade. Pool Cafe é apenas uma comida de bar regular, mas é o suficiente. Um dos melhores restaurantes de Phoenix com vistas incríveis está localizado no local - o ponto de vista diferente. Reserve a reserva o mais rápido possível, pois é um lugar muito popular e reservado com 1-2 meses de antecedência. Quarto era espaçoso e com varanda. Entramos em contato com o concierge várias vezes e o serviço sempre foi rápido e impecável. Voltaremos com prazer.

Wife and spent the day poolside in a cabana. The staff here were very attentive, especially given our location tucked away in the secondary pool. Anastasia was our primary point of contact, and we couldn’t have asked for a more delightful young woman. She and her compatriots Rachel and Patrick made the whole experience five stars all the way.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this resort in March. Property has a lot to offer: multiple pools, gym, hiking, etc. Breakfast buffet had great selection and high quality food. Pool Cafe is just a regular bar food but it's enough. One of the best restaurants in Phoenix with amazing views is located right on premises - the Different point of view. Book reservation as soon as you can as it's a very popular place and booked 1-2 months ahead. Room was spacious and with the balcony. We reached out to concierge several times and service was always prompt and impeccable. We will gladly return.

Este resort é anunciado como muito elegante e sofisticado, mas não é o caso. O resort em si era muito precário, a academia tinha um pouco de mofo e danos causados pela água e os jardins pareciam negligenciados. Havia lixo e coisas nojentas como meias (vi 3 meias diferentes enquanto caminhava pela propriedade) e pelo preço, tudo deveria ser melhor guardado. Estávamos antecipando um grande parque aquático, mas quando perguntamos à senhora da recepção onde ficava a orla, a senhora era gentil, mas parecia não saber onde estava alguma coisa. Havia também um escorpião em nosso quarto que minha mãe pisou (ela não foi picada graças a Deus!) e foi muito chocante. Não esperávamos ver uma coisa tão venenosa em nosso quarto, muito menos pisar nela!! A manutenção demorou cerca de 20 minutos para vir e recolhê-lo do nosso quarto, no qual estávamos freneticamente tentando impedir que o escorpião corresse e se escondesse em outro lugar. Fizemos o melhor da nossa estadia, mas sinceramente esperava muito melhor qualidade por um preço tão alto. Eu não acho que vou ficar aqui novamente.

Meu marido e eu ficamos aqui por uma noite, cumprimentos da American Airlines. me decepcionei, A jovem da recepção foi hostil, máscaras são necessárias, mas a maioria dos hóspedes no lobby não as usava. Se você não dirigiu até aqui, isso é um problema em si, este lugar é enorme, você precisa ser transportado para o seu quarto. (Nosso motorista nos deixou no prédio errado.) Estávamos cansados e perdidos por alguns minutos. A caminhada para encontrar o quarto foi uma droga porque você está andando pelas ruas de São Francisco, colina após colina. Meu marido está com uma joelheira rosa (muito visível e óbvia) e eu tenho problemas no quadril. Também fiquei decepcionado com o quarto. Estava sujo! Os telefones são desagradáveis ao toque e cheios de coelhinhos de poeira gordurosos e a máquina de café era a mesma. As camas estavam empoeiradas, quando jogamos nossas malas em uma dava para ver uma nuvem de poeira subindo e demorou um minuto para ela clarear. Os lençóis não eram macios, os travesseiros estavam manchados e o cobertor era duro e áspero ao toque. O layout do quarto também era estranho. Um perigo de viagem, eles têm uma das camas bloqueando metade da entrada, por quê? Pedimos o jantar, um hambúrguer com batatas fritas para mim e um bife com purê de batatas e aspargos para meu marido, 2 Sierra Nevadas e uma água. Essa foi a melhor parte da estadia, a comida era boa e custou apenas $ 92,00, Sim! Este não é o local para ficar se você estiver sendo hospedado por uma companhia aérea. Fica muito longe do aeroporto, uns bons 30 minutos. O serviço de táxi também é péssimo, mas isso é uma outra revisão. Ah, e eles não nos creditaram o vale-refeição fornecido pelas companhias aéreas, nós os entregamos a Joy e ele nos garantiu que seria atendido. Não foi resolvido e eles ainda têm uma retenção em nosso cartão de crédito por US $ 75, três dias depois, por quê? Este resort não faz jus ao nome.

Enquanto nossas camas eram confortáveis e há ótimas caminhadas, o resort é bastante antigo. Não excepcionalmente limpo, os chuveiros não são eficientes, e os quartos são dispostos de forma estranha com o final da cama estendendo-se para a porta para a área do banheiro. “Mountain View” não vale o custo adicional. Definitivamente precisa de algum trabalho.
