“Tenía una reserva en ese hotel y al llegar no pudieron pasar el cobro a mi tarjeta de crédito, pero si lo realizaron.Según la recepcionista ella cancelaba la reserva y no había cobro... mentira!, cobraron toda la estadía sin siquiera haber subido a la habitación.Nos tuvimos que ir a otro hotel. Hilton no contesta mensajes, correos, nada!. La reserva la había hecho por booking y a través de ellos tampoco hay respuesta.”

“Lamentablemente fue muy mala experiencia la estancia ahy el la calefacción no funcionaba correctamente el cuarto frío los encargados no pudieron hacer nada no tiene estacionamiento propio dos de las toallas no estaban totalmente limpias .......etc esto cambio la imagen de Hilton hotels”
