“Liked the location and the rooms. Staff was nice when I stayed there. At the beginning there was an issue with the credit card on file. I gave them my card (my company was paying the bill with their card) and was assured it could be changed before it was billed. Contacted my company and they verified that their card was added and mine removed. Got a verification from the Hilton email that the needed changes were made. After check out they charged my card and it took three days and multiple calls to get it refunded. I waited on hold for 15 minutes and then got hung up on. Customer Support was a joke.”
