“Great hotel. Very funky & cool place. Staff very helpful and friendly. Only issue is at reception, which seemed overwhelmed most of the time. Need to make the check in process more efficient somehow since it takes way too long.”

“Really Really Really BAD!!! Service is a word they dont know!, no water in the room, no room service, empty minibar,nothing to eat if you are hungry after 11pm. Breakfast is poor wity really bad product, every time you ask for a soft drink is a 10minutes wait...this is not a 4 stars hotel, barely a 2 stars I would never go back, its sad coz the deco is super nice but the staff is very under trained, and there is no service at all, room are just clean, not spotless and the area is really bad, far from the center where you can have a way better accommodation for the same price and a real service”
