“Really Really Really BAD!!! Service is a word they dont know!, no water in the room, no room service, empty minibar,nothing to eat if you are hungry after 11pm. Breakfast is poor wity really bad product, every time you ask for a soft drink is a 10minutes wait...this is not a 4 stars hotel, barely a 2 stars I would never go back, its sad coz the deco is super nice but the staff is very under trained, and there is no service at all, room are just clean, not spotless and the area is really bad, far from the center where you can have a way better accommodation for the same price and a real service”

“Great location, a short walk from the metro. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Small issue checking in, we thought we had paid in full because we had booked through the Accor app, and it said we had paid in full, but they didn't take the money. Email confirmation said paid in full, but nothing was taken from the card. The guy confirmed this happens quite a bit but no payment is taken till on-site. Rooms were really good, nice size. Beds were very comfortable and the tvs were huge! Our shower blocked and flooded the bathroom on our first night, but they had it sorted in a few minutes. Breakfast was really good, nice range of food and juice. Gelato in the restaurant is delicious. Overall, very happy with our stay here and would love to stay here again.”
